I asked for help with a variety of plumbing tasks. I got message confirmations of my appointment from Graham Plumbing and a notice that the plumber was on the way. Benjamin arrived on time and set to work. He was professional and courteous, and my wife and I were very happy with the results. We've already made an appointment to bring him back to install a bathroom sink next week. And the price was very reasonable given Benjamin's time and everything he accomplished. read more

As always, I completely recommend Graham Plumbing Company for all your needs. Have been using them almost since they started and would never call anyone else. They take care of everything and solve all problems. Today they installed tankless water heaters and all is perfect! All the employees are great and so pleasant to work with. read more

I've used Graham Plumbing for over 5 years. I'm picky with my contractors, plumbers. electricians, etc. When I want the job done right the FIRST time, I call Graham. I tell everyone around here that they're not the nicest and they're not the cheapest. But they're honest, straightforward, and they hire experts who know what they hell they're doing. These guys don't miss. I've had them fix leaks, water heater repair, natural gas line work, etc. Someone's doing something right over there (Mr. Graham?) I dunno but I can't recommend these guys enough. read more

The technicians were at my house within 4 hours of requesting service! The techs were very polite and respectful of my home. The work was done efficiently and effectively. They were honest about the problem and the steps needed to correct it. The price was reasonable and the work was done same day, even though they had to leave and return with other equipment! I recommend Graham Plumbing Services to anyone!! read more

Just because someone gave them a five star review and said that they came out on a Saturday morning and fixed everything for $145, I also called them on a Saturday morning. The rate was $290 to show up on my doorstep and another $290 per hour for their work. Needless to say--no. Buyer beware. read more

I had a pipe leak in my kitchen that was not resolved from the first plumber tech that arrived the first day. The company made a decision on the second day to send Benjamin, another plumber from their company. Benjamin saved the day! He repaired the leak, and he noticed other plumbing issues in the kitchen that he also corrected. He was very professional. I was extremely proud of his work. I recommend using this company in the future. read more

I had a bad leak in my kitchen sink and the guys that came out to fix it were great. They were able to fix it fast and charged us very reasonably for it. Very friendly too. The reason I rated a four is due to the appointment I had. I called the night before to schedule an appointment for the next day between 2-4. Nobody showed up. We called them and they said that one of their guys finished a job early so they decided to come to the house around 11 am. Then what is the point of making an appointment if you're just going to show up when it's convenient for you? Obviously nobody was home because we weren't expecting them until between 2-4 pm. We then had to schedule another appointment for the next day and hope that they would show up in the time it was made. Very frustrating. read more

Fast. Professional. Came out on a Saturday morning and fixed both our shower leak and sink leak. All for $145. And a local Sugar Land company. Five Stars to Graham Plumbing! read more

Everyone wants to be clog- free, right? I was experiencing water gushing from the exterior clean out plugs on my house. If the washing machine or dishwasher was on, then my new " lawn sprinkler system" was too! When Ben arrived, he listened and assessed my situation. I liked that he was very polite and explained everything each step of the way. I knew my price at every turn. So there were no surprises. When I am spending my money, I definitely want to be treated respectfully. Ben worked through my plumbing problems and made recommendations for the future. I believe the price was fair. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to endure the usual "up selling " I get from the other plumbing companies. Everything was returned exactly the way it was before Ben arrived - minus the clogs. I will call them in the future. It would be worth your time to give them a try, too! read more

I had a bathroom sink that kept filling up with water. It's Saturday of course and have plans on leaving out of town on Sunday. Thanks to Yelp and Graham Plumbing for coming to my rescue. They were available, reasonably priced for an emergency, and Danny was great and got the job done! Thank you and will definitely keep you in my contacts as my plumber of choice! read more

We had been notified by our local water company of a leak near the meter. I had called two other plumbers, one scheduled an appointment and never showed up. The other was leaving for the holidays. I contacted Graham and made an appointment for after Christmas. The serviceman showed up on time and explained what he would be doing and the first hours charge to find the leak. After about 15/20 minutes, he came back and said the leak appeared to be on my neighbors side. I contacted my neighbor and she talked with him. At that point he checked both of our meters and determined there was not a leak, and thus "No Charge"!! This gentleman was very nice, professional and even left us an invoice to show the water company we had the leak checked. read more

I'm very thankful that I found them. I needed a trusted business to come out and help my elderly mother. I didn't want anyone to take advantage of her. I called and asked for a quote because I knew exactly what I needed. They gave me a quote right over the phone. They came out the next day. They did the work and charged me the quote that was given to me. I highly recommend them! read more

Awesome service!! They were at my house in less than an hour to look at my water heater. Benjamin was super polite and professional, he went the extra mile and called the manufacturer and got them to send out replacement parts under warranty as soon as possible. He made sure I had hot water to get me by until the parts arrived, I'm so impressed, best customer service ever! read more

In this day and time it is nice to find a plumbing company that give you a honest quote. Chris came out yesterday, April 25, 2016, within an hour of me calling. He was very nice and patiently answered every question that I asked him. He did a excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet and installing a new one. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them. read more
