I had a galvanized pipe that failed me in my flower bed that had water coming up from the ground like a geyser. Mr. Anaya was able to take care of me when others would of not contacted or come out until a weekday. My problem occurred on a Sunday and he was able to fix my problem. Customer service nowadays is a dying art and it's rare to find quality people who care about fixing a problem when it arises. Rest assured whatever problem you may have in your house. You can feel confident knowing that Mr. Anaya, will take care of you as if you were a member of his own family. He was prompt, polite, professional, and prepared. He has been doing plumbing since he was 19 years old and is a licensed plumber. His work ethic is impeccable and he is very knowledgeable, all while having all the necessary parts on his truck to complete the job. None of the horror stories other professionals pull, when they come out without all the right parts on hand needed to fix the problem. Then state oh we can come back in a few days with the parts....meanwhile you await a return visit to fix something. If you're not using Mr. Anaya then you're missing out. They dug up the lawn and did an amazing job putting the grass back and making the property look great when they left (rare). You probably know how stressful it can be to find trustworthy people. Kameron immediately felt like a real, awesome person because he was very communicative, took a ton of pictures and provided clear explanations. Finally, the value and speed! He was absolutely the best value for the price and they got the job done in a very timely manner. It was obvious they took care of the property (somewhat rare among plumbers). He probably should charge more for his excellent work, knowledge & care. Honestly this review might sound too good to be true but let me tell you after hiring many contractors, plumbers, etc. I feel lucky to have found KB Solutions so happy to highly recommended them.

First time working with Texas Eagle AC & Heating and had a pleasant experience…read more Office Manager Ahmad was one of the quickest to response for a quote and answered my questions in detail. The quote for an AC inspection was very reasonable and he was very responsive in setting up the inspection even I contacted him via Yelp after business hours when I was ready to schedule. I was trying to make an informed decision of buying a townhome. After a prepurchase home inspection from Randall with RECON Home Inspections (also high recommended). Inspector suggested to have an electrician and an HVAC technician to have further inspection. The HVAC Tech arrived in its company van wrapped with its logo during the scheduled time. Around 45 mins prior to it, I got a text from TX Eagle about the arrival time. The HVAC Tech named Justin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient to answer any questions I had and he used the human body and the heart as an analogy to explain the AV system to demystify it, so it was easy to understand and I appreciated it. He found the problem which half the evaporator coil were not working due to blockage that was why the temperature couldn't go down further than 76°f, which the home inspector pointed out prior but didn't know why. He also checked the duck in the attic and mentioned the firewall were torn down which needed to be sealed up to prevent fire coming in from another units as he used to be a firefighter. That also aligned with Randall the inspector told me during the home inspection. He also wrote the coil issue on the receipt of the HVAC inspection and it was available shortly after the inspection. Buying a house/townhome is very stressful and having a team of expertise was very helpful. I am so glad I found the right people to help with making an informed decision for such a huge purchase. I highly recommend Texas Eagle AC & Heating. You will be glad you go with them!
