Great experience! A technician, Jordan, came out to assess our system and within an hour we had financial approval and a scheduled installation appointment same day! It was a very straightforward and easy process. Jordan advised on a system that would best suit our needs and he didn't try to up sale everything. We were able to get a low down payment and low monthly payment. There were also many perks for customers throughout the first year and the upkeep prices were more than reasonable. Jordan also gave us information about our options should we move within Texas or out of state. The installation technician, Oscar, arrived with our system later in the evening. Again very efficient work, it didn't take even an hour for Oscar to install everything. Oscar even made it look very neat under our sink, with hiding tubes yet being able to inform us of how those tubes connect and work to provide us with clean water. Oscar explained what to do in emergency situations and advised on when we should give Puragain a call for routine maintenance. He even wrote out instructions for flushing the system before we would be able to use it. I appreciated so much the awesome customer service, patience he showed and care he showed. These guys really kept communication flowing. And if there were any issues, they were resolved quickly. I purchase rhis system two years ago the system works fine the problem is have was the lies I was told when I bought the system first the sales rep told me I would be getting free service and filters for life which was a lie every year it cost 100 dollars for each filter. Second the rep I agreed on a five year loan which I found out to turn into a 30 year loan I been paying this off for two years and it as not gone down so I had to take out another loan to pay of this loan and I had to pay the full amount of what the system cost. 2,400.00 dollars down the drain. We just had a service tech come out and uninstall the drinking water portion because we're renovating our kitchen. Oscar Moreno was the tech helping us. I got tired of refilling the salt in my water softner and the 80% increase in the price of salt due to government overspending and fake 'supply chain' issues made this decision a no brainer. DO NOT BUY!!! I have been extremely disappointed in their service. The initial representative, David P. was very professional and raved about how great the whole home water system was. Even said they guarantee it, if I wasn't happy with my service, that I could always return it for a full refund. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, so far, it has been. I have had nothing but a bad experience since I got it. We had our whole home water filtration system installed back in April 2025. Within the first month, the filters had to be changed, I was told they should last, on average, a year. The technician was out in May to change the filters and caused a leak in my plumbing. So I had to pay almost 3x my normal water bill for that month. I started having issues with water output in June, and again, the filters had to be changed. To make matters worse, their technicians DO NOT clean up after themselves. They left the dirty filters in my yard and the packaging as well. With so that being said, I have now been trying to get this system removed for the past 3 MONTHS!!!! Since June, I've spoken to several managers about getting the system removed, and when I am able to get a hold of them, they tell me they need to get approval from someone up above. Finally, I was able to get in contact with Yeshua, the national service manager, by email. He assured me that they would take care of the removal of the system in a couple of days/weeks... that was in August. It's been a month, but there's still no update, and no one is answering my calls/texts/emails... We are extremely frustrated at this point and regret even getting involved with Puragain in the first place. He replaced all filters and one filter was black and other 2 filters were ok . But still some residual. Imagine taking bathe with water without puragain water system.
