Second the rep I agreed on a five year loan which I found out to turn into a 30 year loan I been paying this off for two years and it as not gone down so I had to take out another loan to pay of this loan and I had to pay the full amount of what the system cost. 2,400.00 dollars down the drain. I had a reverse osmosis system installed under my sink and a multi stage in line fridge filter on…read moreSeptember 9th. The installation went seamlessly. A hole was required to be drilled into the granite above my sink to fit the RO faucet and after the install, the faucet looked it came with the place! The install underneath the sink and the cabinet next to fridge was done very cleanly which maximized the amount of the cabinet I am able to use. The installers were cordial and went as far as to perform the water drain needed through the filter for me so I didn't have to sit there with glasses and constantly dump them in the sink. All around, it was a very good experience.

They came early last year to do maintenance for $300 and it worked for 30 days and stopped working for over a year. It is impossible for owner to verify if the system work or not until you check salt level drop. They just came and charged $390 and it still does not work properly. You can just buy brand new water softener system from Home Depot for $550.

When we've called in the past for other matters like getting our system moved from one location to another, one person scheduled for a specific time and day and when we called back and talked to a different receptionist, she couldn't see it in the system and had to schedule from scratch for another day. We have constantly had issues with this company post-installation, and would recommend going with another system to avoid working with this company. Kinetico products are great - unfortunately this dealer is not.
