We had a rep come out to discuss a whole-home water filtration system. After doing our own research, we decided it wasn't necessary right now and I communicated that clearly. Instead of respecting the decision, he sent a link to an article and then the words "You're right. Nothing in your water." The shift in tone once I declined was dismissive and unprofessional. I also got the strong impression the interaction would have been handled differently if my husband had been the point of contact. Now we won't ever use your company. Do your own research and get multiple opinions before moving forward with any system. read more

Did a great job with the service. They were in constant communication with us and came on time. Very happy with there service

Great to deal with. The sale & installation were seamless. They came when they said the would and did what they said they would do.

I was fortunate enough to have Josh come to my rescue when my Culligan equipment developed a problem and I was without water. I have never had more professional service in all my 77 years. Just watching him work relieved my anxiety about the situation. Josh is extremely personable. He is the kind of person you'd want to invite to your home for dinner. Culligan of Houston is fortunate to employ him. My recommendation: Give Josh a raise and promote him. You won't be sorry. Thanks Josh. It was a pleasure meeting you! read more

Jose has been really helpful with our yearly maintenance check up. I did bring up concerns and he addressed them and explained right away. He showed us the importance on yearly check maintenance as the filters can get really dirty and filled up with gunk. Service went well! read more

Amazing, quick and prompt service. Highly recommend and will definitely use going forward.

Great service, technician answered all my questions and was very helpful, great customer service

Wonderful service and communication from the first quote installation! Everyone was professional, shout out to Bethany for working with us! Amazing price and just the best installation - everyone was professional and very fast! We are very happy with the water filtration and softener system as well as the reverse osmosis installed at the kitchen sink; and the quality of the water! We could not be happier! We would absolutely recommend them and use them again! read more

We have been using Houston Water Solutions for our whole home water purification and osmosis system since 2019. They always are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with servicing and would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I purchased Houston Water Solutions' most expensive water filtration system--the Pentair Pro Elite--after being promised it would eliminate our hard water issues and was covered by a "lifetime warranty." The system functioned for only about 8 months before completely failing. Hard water returned, soap stopped lathering, mineral buildup reappeared, and the water's taste and smell became unpleasant--essentially the same issues the system was supposed to fix. When I contacted the company, they sent a technician who used a questionable testing device, dismissed my concerns, and falsely claimed the system was working fine. Despite clear signs of hard water throughout the home, the technician refused to address the issue and didn't check any of the system's internal components, such as the resin. Later, the company attempted to charge me a service fee just to re-examine their faulty product, and they pushed replacing the reverse osmosis (RO) filter--an entirely unrelated component that only serves a single faucet--as a solution. This was a distraction from the real problem: the central softener system had failed. On May 30, the company acknowledged the issue and scheduled a technician visit for June 2. However, on the morning of the appointment, they abruptly called to cancel and reversed their position, demanding more money upfront. The technician they eventually sent again failed to resolve the issue. The root cause appears to be substandard resin material that failed prematurely. Instead of honoring the warranty, Houston Water Solutions attempted to shift the burden of cost back onto me to replace parts they installed and knew would not last. Adding to the concern, the salesperson who sold the system completely disappeared after the sale--no follow-up, no accountability, and no customer care. I paid significantly more than neighbors who purchased working systems from other vendors. This experience goes beyond poor service. It demonstrates a clear pattern of fraud: misrepresenting the product and warranty terms, using deceptive diagnostics to deny service, and demanding additional payment for repairs that should be fully covered. This is not just unethical--it is potentially criminal. I have documented all communications, visits, and failed resolutions and will continue to escalate this through legal and public channels. Others should be warned--this company does not stand by its products or commitments and should be treated with extreme caution. read more

It was a 5/5 star experience working with Anthony and his team at Houston Water Solutions! They were a pleasure to work with and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Anthony kindly took the time to help educate me not only on their offerings, but also around water purification and the industry overall. There are so many filtration systems out there, he helped me find the right system for my budget and needs. Now having the softener and reverse osmosis (RO) system for a few months, I can say we noticed the difference instantly and the system was well worth it. We wish we had done it sooner. It helped prevent hard water spotting and the RO water tastes amazing. Being a car guy, I also opted for the garages softener hose bib so I can wash my car with softened/filtered water. This was a HUGE game changer being in Houston which has hard water. To further highlight their professionalism. Anthony also provided courtesy call checkups before, during, and after the installation. Making sure everything went smoothly and as planned. Thank you again Anthony and team for taking the time, I never felt rushed or pressured. You clearly stood out for many reasons amongst the companies I talked to (8 total). We look forward to seeing you at our first maintenance. read more

Nearly a week has passed since we posted our last review about the non-functioning water softener system, and we have not received any response. A reputable company would have reached out to resolve the issue and protect its reputation, but clearly, this is not a priority for them. We also noticed a similar unresolved issue from a review by Emmanuel M on June 2, 2025. If Houston Water Solutions thinks it can simply ignore us, they are mistaken. We will continue to pursue this through all available public and legal channels. read more

We are so glad we went with Houston Water Solutions after lots of research and comparisons. We didn't have the most straight forward config. For installation. Many vendors just gave up. Beth was super responsive and went above and beyond to find a solution for us. The coordination between the office and the installation crew was really great too. The installation crew did a fantastic job. Luis and the team made things very easy for us. On top of the unit installation and testing. They spent so much time to make the addition look good: they matched the paint and sprayed the insulation pipes to blend in the wall, hide the power cord under the board etc. Great job! The pro elite is a sleek unit. We love it's look. The water came out feeling so smooth and clean. This investment is so worth it. read more

Jose was amazing today. He was able to fix my leak and provide my annual service in an hour. They are also very friendly!

1st off Ciara was an amazing sales person she was so knowledgeable about the different impurities in the water and her presentation was very entertaining. Joel and Luis installed my system the very next day. I was running late and Joel was very communicative and understanding. Both technicians knew their stuff and explain it to me in terms i could understand. They walked me through installation and the dos and donts of the system. Joel told me when and how to turn off the system inside and out. I thi k i made a great choice. Marvin was the lead guy and all of them made me feel like I was becoming apart of a family!!! read more

The system is 4 stars, service is 3, but the financing situation is completely a scam. I urge you not to finance anything with this company especially using Aqua Financing. I now see why they were sued for millions of dollars with unclear terms. I will contacting my attorney as well. read more

Was a 5 star until my house flooded. GM refused to transfer to higher manager or customer service reporting was our fault. Dishonest workers who told us it was not a proper installation but then said we tampered with the system to make it leak and flood my house..... so frustrated and really disappointed as we were good customers and made many referrals. Didn't even try to help in anyway just said we would say anything for compensation and it's our home insurance problem. Totally devastated and will be looking for alternative services. read more

Greg from Houston Water Solutions is AMAZING. He's super responsive and a great resource for information! I work different hours and Greg was extremely accommodating to my schedule and replies. He was able to reschedule and schedule me in last minute. If I had questions, Greg was more than happy to answer them for me in extreme detail to ensure I understood their process. I am so impressed by this company! We bought a house two years ago with an installed water softener system. Recently, we found out the system was leaking. I immediately started researching replacements for the softener system. I only deal with companies with five star reviews. Culligan, had a 4.9 review Houston Water Solutions had a five star review. I contacted both and found essentially a $2000 plus difference in cost. Gabby was quick to respond and give me a quote. After getting a couple of other quotes, I then asked that the quotes be put in writing and sent to my husband, an accountant, to review. After reviewing the quotes and getting some additional information, we chose Houston Water Solutions. They got the installation scheduled very quickly. I got home from work and was told that there was a mistake with the pricing on the quote. The emailed quote was less than the normal price by a significant amount. I told my husband that the quote I had been verbally told was the same as what the installer told him. To my surprise, the company honored the emailed quote. How many companies would do that with no questions? We then talked about it and offered to split the difference with Houston Water Solutions, they refused and said it was their mistake. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and their commitment to honoring their quotes. Thank you Houston Water Solutions! read more

Matthew and Lauryn stopped by and did an awesome demonstration. I'll admit that I wasn't at all interested in the beginning. However, when they showed us how bad the quality of the water was in our brand new home as well as the benefits (helping with my eczema and eliminating the need to buy bottled water) of the system, I was sold. We purchased it on the spot and we are very pleased with our investment. read more

These guys were amazing! A big crew came together to get our system installed incredibly quickly. Our home layout was particularly challenging for installation, but they worked fast and hard to find a good solution. They even sent in a crew from out of town to get our installation done quickly. Juan, Anthony, Charles and Nick were so great about going the extra mile to get us squared away in a tight time frame. They explained everything thoroughly, were always available promptly when we needed to talk over the phone, and gave us a fantastic deal too! read more

Our sales person Bethany was excellent and professional. Our installers Devon ,Luis and Zack did excellent work . Highly Recommended them .

Great staff. Everything was explained and installed really smoothly. Hassle free water filteration.

When I moved into my new home, I knew I wanted and needed a water softener system. As all kind of solicitors from all kind of services we're knocking on my door..I'm glad I let representative Juan in to test the water even though I knew where this was leading to...selling the system! But Juan did an amazing job and I was sold! They worked out a deal with me that I was comfortable with. This will pay out in the long run not only will it be good for our appliances but for our health and skin as well! They assured me they're only a phone call away should I have questions or need help with anything and sure enough...Gabby from the office came out in the morning to check on the unit and me, I was a little concerned that it wasn't working properly someone had pulled out the plug, she first advised me what I can do I over the phone and said they'll be out to check it out also! I have GE Appliances in my home and what better way to take care of them with my Pro Elite by GE!! Best purchase I have made with a great company! read more
