A salesperson came to give me a free estimate on behalf of the company today, and it was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. I was about to kick him out of my house. From the moment he arrived, he kept pressuring me, saying I was going to buy something, that I had to sign something, that he'd been given a check, and he didn't do anything. He just came and left. He didn't even do the water test or anything else they told me they would do over the phone, let alone give me an estimate. When that finally happened, I felt very uncomfortable, and he basically told me, "I'm leaving if you're not going to buy anything." I hope their service improves. read more

BUYER BEWARE. They will sell you an extremely expensive system that not only is a piece of crap that will ruin your appliances but then won't answer when you call. System is horrible but customer service is worse. Most expensive worthless item I have in my house. read more

This company installed our filter system over a year ago but we can't get them to come out and change the filters and service it. Doesn't help if the filters are dirty and system isn't maintained. Water doesn't taste fresh anymore. read more

Asked for information on pricing, got high pressure sales calls for 3 days straight, explained i just wanted information, they kept trying to get me to schedule someone to come out and test my water, other companies understood I was only wanting the info, not these guys, finally threatened legal action if they called again. read more

Hello Mr Rocco I am not sure if you will get this but hello my name is Duane Collins. I started out as an installer for water systems after doing that for a while I had the field training and install manager talk me into his position since he was leaving he was the third one since I started so I agreed. I could get it done I am a licensed plumber here in the state of Texas and thought I could help the guys (installer s) with issues they may have and they still call me today for advice on installations. Tom McQueen is the install manager I worked well with him he does a great job trying to hold the Houston office together. I decided that I would leave my position as a FIT Manager to go into sales, scheduled my leave so there was a training class for sales representatives. I had sales training for plumbing but it has been 15 years since that knew I would need to be trained on Leaf Home water solutions way of doing things and financing after after a few hours in the office on a few days Dave Bault went out with me to sell a few jobs. I had questions because prices were just thrown out and I was not sure where they was coming from asked and he just said I know the cost laughed and left it at that. After three weeks Dave never talked to me about financing and how that works he and never informed me on how to calculate pay for sales. Tom reached out to another sales representative he asked for the information and stated that for that job I would be getting 2500.00 I sold another job with Julie regional representative she told me it would pay 500.00 their is a few others but after a few weeks of no assistance from Dave, I left Leaf Home Water and that has been 3 weeks ago and I still have not been paid for anything. I have asked several people about this but haven't received anything but from Tom stating he was working on unfunded and he was not getting any help from Dave. When an employee W2 or 1099 reaches out and asks for help on a job or sales, it is expected of their supervisor to provide assistance, not ignore. Your employees are a vital part of the growth of your business, in all aspects. When you have a supervisor that is unwilling to work, train, or even return a phone call requesting help, then you leave your field employees in a lurch and feeling frustrated. It is unfair and unacceptable for a supervisor such as Dave, to treat anyone this way, this is why the turnaround on employees is high. I have worked for Leaf Home Water Solutions for 3 years, I am grateful for the opportunity and I learned a great deal. I hated to leave the company but I cannot and will not continue to work in an environment where when I ask for help or an explanation on how to do something I am ignored. Deceiving sales. I purchased a full water solution with the reverse osmosis and the sales person said there will be a 200 annual service fee. I called them just now for service and they said $650. WOW!! if that is not deceiving . if i knew this information i would not have gone with them. Total BS and Scam. Please be careful with this company. read more

The system works if you can get a decent technician to service it. Installer actually used duct tape and some crazy design. Got that fixed. Another technician came to reboot the system, left the ground wire out and my husband got shocked when he touched the uv lamp light case. 2nd technician came out to fix that screw up and he left the valve closed. We have been using untreated water for a month. I'm done with this company. Get it together people. read more

We engaged Leave Home water solutions to install a water softener. The sales person came out, and we explained to them that we had a drip septic system did not use a sprinkler system, and all the water that went through the house would go through the water softener instead of looking at what that we needed. They just quoted their standard product and installed it the next day, within 10 days the saltwater system had used 50 pounds of salt and had pushed all 50 pounds of salt up into our septic filled which is a drip filled and also on the grass that we had watered. I had to turn it off we have been trying to get Leaf to return the unit for three months and I've made nonstop calls, nonstop contacts and they will not resolve the issue by taking the system back. This system should've never been installed with a drip system and the fact that we do not have a sprinkler system. I have talked to multiple regional people. I have had to call them almost daily and they make promises and then they never follow through. Then they say they have to have a committee meet to discuss what they're gonna do supposedly a week ago that was supposed to happen I had to call a week later they still hadn't met now. The committee meeting tomorrow and it just goes on and on the integrity of this firm is zero you should not buy a saltwater system through them go to somebody that's gonna recommend what you should get and sell to you what you should install instead of whatever they are making money on I would never buy another system from this company if they were the last one in the United States.
