Told them it was a serious issue and if anyone could come by on the 23rd. Without hesitation we were told Travis would be there within the hour. First off, Travis was courteous and knowledgeable. Took his time to trouble shoot. Found the problem and cleared out the issue. Epic save for Xmas weekend. After it was done, Travis went around to see if there were any other troublesome issues. When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous.
