Sam arrived and got right to work. He did our annual maintenance and fixed our problem. Before leaving, he made sure that the water heater was connected and working properly on the controller app. It was a bit tricky and Sam had to return to the attic several times, but was patient in helping me with reconnecting the unit to our WiFi.
