They came to our house looking confused when we had a water line break and left saying they would come back in 15 min because they didnt have the tools. First red flag! How are you a contractor without the tools needed to do your job? They said their office was 15 minutes away and they would be right back. Lies! Then they answered the phone several times after and said they were on the way back to us. Meanwhile, we have a water break and our street is flooding while we wait for them. The last we heard from them (almost 2 hours after they came to our house) they were ten minutes out from us, and then they went radio silent. We could have had another company come and not wasted water, time, and money. Terrible human beings. Just tell people you cant do the work and move on. If you suck at your job, just say that.

Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

The drain was backed up and after another plumber failed to show up, I scheduled Ben to come take a look at the drain. Ben assured me that he would show up, that he was a professional. I gave him Eddie's (my husband) phone number and the address of his late mom's address. Eddie said Ben showed up as scheduled and was able to find the clog and got the sink uncloged! Ben came in and did confirm the dishwasher needed to be replaced and he also said the garbage disposal was used also to drain the dishwasher. Got my deposit back quickly but it's not right to deposit a check before a job is actually started…read more I got an initial bad impression on the phone because I could hardly understand the person I was talking to and I could hear his kids screaming in the background. Yet, the guy who was sent to give us an estimate gave us the best impression, the total opposite of the impression on the phone, so we went along and provided the deposit. There was no agreement for them to buy parts nor do anything in particular, other than hold our spot for them to come back and start the job. At the end , we decided against the company and were very surprised to find out our check had already been cashed, when the repair had not even started. All they did was shut the water on that particular faucet to stop the leak until they could come back (and I would have been ok with paying for that, but my deposit was more than that was worth!). Nothing was said about a minimum for the visit. Yes, I did get my deposit back quickly, but the point is that I got a general bad impression from the get-go : One of lack of professionalism and clarity, on the phone. But the actual plumber who came, was great. Very knowledgeable, knew his craft.
