He replaced the pipe with a yellow gas pipe, a metal flex, and ran it through the attic instead of on the garage ceiling. He also installed a Bradford White 40-gallon atmospheric vent water heater perfectly. Still, first we ran into some old galvanized pipe that was completely rusted, corroded, and clogged, running from the water heater to the 2 washers we have. The pipes were so bad that the threads broke, so he replaced them with PEX. After that, he put drywall and spackle to patch the holes and also repaired some cracks in the garage ceiling. His prices are great, and his work is impeccable. Do not hesitate to call Julio for any need. He also installed a Moen kitchen faucet about 6 months ago and patched a hole behind the dishwasher. I told Lisa that I needed an estimate for 2 gas water heaters that are located in the attic of a 2 story house. ( attic & 2 stories at time are extra charge) Lisa transferred me to talk to a gentleman named Steve, which In continuing our conversation I found out was the owner. Steve answered all my questions and told me more than the other plumbing companies had told me. Steve and Lisa listened to ALL my questions, which to me is important.
