I have actually used this guy twice; once to redirect a gas line for a new stove and then to figure out a sewer smell in our shower and replace a hose bib. The guy does good work and his rates are very good but his time management and ability to update a customer waiting for him need some serious work. The first job was spur of the moment; he was able to come out same day and knocked it out. This last job got was to done Saturday January 13th at 1030. I blocked out a Saturday morning for the 1030 appointment last week only to have him call when he was past due to promise me he'd be there by 3:30. The job was finally finished this afternoon. They arrived at 1:30 today (January 27) for our noon appointment. If you're going to be late, don't leave me sitting there waiting. read more

I hired Charlie Bones Service to fix my business clogged up toilet. Water was going all over the floor and would not flush. 2 employees came out from Charlie Bones Services. They spent over 4 hours and seem to have fixed the problem. Is paid the plumbers the amount he said it was. The toilet worked for 3 days and then started flooding the bathroom floor again. Called Bones Services and told the person about the problem. Was advise they would come check it out. That was over 6 days ago. Bathroom is not working. I have tired to call Bones Services 6 times, no answer, so left message and also bunch of texts, still no one has come out or called back. I would like to notify YELP, which has Bones Services, to see if they could get me a call back or have Bones come back out. I need help.
