If you want a dishonest owner and company whose employees take short cuts to the detriment of customer's homes - 24/7 Plumbing is the company for you. One of THE MOST DISHONEST TRADES IN KATY. Everyone thinks it will never happen to them . . .
1. 24/7 demands to be paid extra for work clearly covered under the contract. And holds your work site hostage unless and until you pay the ransom.
2. 24/7 does not follow installation best practices, i.e., takes short cuts.
3. 24/7 does not follow through with contract work already paid for, e.g., unlabeled manifolds.
4. 247 does not follow through with contract work despite being advised in writing and verbally that it continues to be outstanding.
5. When a client catches 24/7 not performing work within best practice guidelines and/or code, e.g., installing a 6" deep manifold unit in a 4" deep wall, 24/7 will invoice YOU to fix their own errors.
6. 24/7 does not complete all work as agreed and paid in full by contract, e.g., hot water heater by pass lines. And refuses to do so despite having a contract covering said work.
7. If and when 24/7 is caught and proven to be wrong in their installation practices, admitting its error is the farthest thought from its intention. Pushing back is at the forefront of its intention.
8. 24/7 does not follow plans, e.g., installs a manifold in a wall clearly intended - by plan - to be for a pocket door. Rectifying said error will be at your cost.
9. In not completing all of its contract determined work, 24/7 will rely upon other trades - completely unassociated with and/or not licensed to do plumbing work - to complete its work, i.e., getting electrician finish up proper draining of tub.
10. Even if you send - in writing - details regarding number and types of fixtures for your home - months in advance of a final contract - with confirmed written receipt of said information by 24/7, 24/7 will deny ever having received said document, accuse you of adding fixtures and charge you more.

You not only risk losing money to 24/7, you will also lose value in your biggest asset, your home. Perform your own due diligence. Sometimes 24/7 isn't directly sued and is sued through a builder. Go to the county records. Request information on 24/7 from the permitting departments of your local townships/entities. You will see that 24/7 continuously makes the same mistakes. Because they know eventually - an inspector will overlook their bad work and the homeowner will pay the price. E-mail bad-builders.com and request information on what 24/7 is doing wrong and how 24/7 is being caught by some local inspectors.
Takeaway: Even if you have a contract and the work scope is in writing, signed and sealed - it doesn't mean that 24/7 will fulfill its contractual duties. read more
