When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional.
