He was only about 12 minutes away, showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, and had the pilot lit and the hot water working again. Instead of trying to sell me parts I didn't need, he explained that the gas line simply needed to be bled and gave me honest advice to keep an eye on it in case it happens again. That's the kind of integrity that's hard to find these days. Fast, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I really appreciate someone who fixes the problem instead of trying to create a bigger bill. He's definitely earned a permanent spot in my contacts, and I'll be calling him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

The repair quote seemed reasonable and communication was really well maintained. My mother, who was meeting with the plumber, felt the entire interaction was professional and satisfactory. While we didn't move forward with recommended services that seemed outside of our budget, I did believe that a temporary solution was provided and the fee was reasonable for that. The amount of patience and understanding I was given surrounding payment was very gracious!

Stuart worked around my schedule to come to the house and since he was already here I asked him look at the toilet in the guest bathroom for which the tank was taking forever to fill up. He had to pull the first toilet out to remove a plastic thing that was stuck in it (not sure how it got there or why, I just bought the house and haven't even moved in) and replaced a valve in the guest toilet. He was very nice and courteous, and I think it was pretty obvious that I had no clue of what he was doing so he kept me in the loop the whole time, and best of all, my toilets are operating fine now. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues anytime soon, but I'll definitely be calling him if that's the case. Definitely recommended!

They came to our house looking confused when we had a water line break and left saying they would come back in 15 min because they didnt have the tools. First red flag! How are you a contractor without the tools needed to do your job? They said their office was 15 minutes away and they would be right back. Lies! Then they answered the phone several times after and said they were on the way back to us. Meanwhile, we have a water break and our street is flooding while we wait for them. The last we heard from them (almost 2 hours after they came to our house) they were ten minutes out from us, and then they went radio silent. We could have had another company come and not wasted water, time, and money. Terrible human beings. Just tell people you cant do the work and move on. If you suck at your job, just say that.
