A couple nights ago (Friday before 4th of July weekend, of course), the kitchen sink started to back up. It wasn't just a bit slow, it was pretty much unusable. The guy was great (friendly, professional , knowledgeable and punctual), he checked everything for potential problems, so there's no problem with the quality of the work or customer service, but for something that simple the $60 visit charge should have been folded into the labor costs.
