They were consistently late, even with a big windows of time 2. Installation of my sink was faulty 3. Even though it was their faulty installation that caused the issue, they wanted to charge me additional money to finish the job. Now ultimately, I reached out to another repair person I had trusted in the past, but wasn't aware they did plumbing. They came out and took a look and realized these guys installed piping that was the wrong size. He went out, got the piping, installed it and charged me a whopping $35. Now, that's still $35 more than I should have paid if these guys did their jobs correctly., but a lot less than the minimum $150 they would've charged me to do the wrong repair (a reminder, they wanted to do the wrong repair here, they were totally off base on the issue). Another thing I didn't mention in the first part of my review is that during the initial installation, they claimed they need to add additional support in order to secure the sink. Seemed reasonable at the time (I'm not a plumbing expert) and maybe I did actually need it. However, the prior sink stood securely for several years without issue. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't be surprised if it was wholly unnecessary. The repair also required me to go find my own dry wall guy and such to fix up these supposed necessary fixes, which was, more money. It seems like they may be one of those types of companies that gives you a low quote at first and then finds ways to nickle and dime you (and by nickle and dime, I mean 100-200 additional dollars for each thing they think up). Now they have a good rating here on yelp, but if you check google reviews, you'll see they have a pretty low rating compared to other plumbers in the area. Normally, I would've done this, but as a busy parent, I just can't do the due diligence I once did. I cannot recommend this company. I would recommend the Heights Handyman if you live in the Heights or nearby areas. They are reliable, cost effective, full service, and trustworthy.

He was only about 12 minutes away, showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, and had the pilot lit and the hot water working again. The first technician who came out was great to talk to, but when they returned two days later,…read moreeverything they had overcharged me for was done incorrectly. Initially, the technician quoted me $340 for a new airline for the dishwasher. I questioned whether simply cleaning the drain line would solve the issue, but he insisted that a new airline was necessary and that was the cost to fix it. However, when the technician returned, all he did was clean the drain line and then claimed that the price was the same whether they replaced the airline or just cleaned it-- which is completely absurd. Additionally, I asked to replace my sink with the same model we currently had, and the technician assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Yet, the replacement they installed was not the same sink we had shown them. When I originally booked the appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, when I needed support, I could only get in touch with the technician instead. Fortunately, they did fix my toilet, but at a steep cost of $250-- the least they could do considering everything else. I've learned my lesson to shop around before hiring a plumbing service.
