If you present your business in a folder with all your information and leave it with your potential…read morecustomer --- you are likely hired! We sought out 2 other businesses to select and we can't say enough about the guy who came to home to present himself. If you want business, act like you care. He did a great job! The other battle is reading reviews to match your selection. We had a good vibe with the gentleman who came to present the business. After making the selection, it was easy to select days for the work to begin. They were flexible and upfront what to expect. A professional folder was given and discussed. We were informed the project would take 1-3 days. The information was clearly outlined what to expect, what needed to be done before the work started and a contact number to call if there were any questions or concerns. So far so good right? It gets better. The day the workers arrived, they did a fantastic job covering our furniture with heavy plastic, laying out coverings for the pathway walking on, and covered all working areas as much as they could. We did not do any of these things... so glad! Ceiling dust everywhere... which is why you need to cover it everything ! They helped do the job. We had about 4 working men and the job was done as expected! Thank goodness! Highly recommend! If you ever see a bad review, then I'll love to send you to the point of contact we recommend! Hardworking men did a job well done!! They did a fantastic job!

No inspection, no supervisor involvement, not the actual installers as represented, didn't mention that I would have to prep my shiplap under the wallboard prior to patching. My fault though, always beware of a service company that has a salesman to give the pitch.

My latest experience with Wallin Plumbing was when Trey and Jordan came out to solve a water leak, a clogged drain, and an outside patio faucet that needed replaced. These two gentlemen could not have been nicer, more efficient, and dealt with me more honestly. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars but that's the limit on this site.

A couple nights ago (Friday before 4th of July weekend, of course), the kitchen sink started to back up. It wasn't just a bit slow, it was pretty much unusable. I'm pretty sure I heard it laugh at me when I poured Drano down it. It did nothing. They responded quickly and were able to come out on Sunday. Boy, I'm glad they did! They pulled out so much gunk out of the pipes! I forget the name of the plumber that came out, but I appreciate his dedication towards ensuring we didn't need to have them come out again. He snaked the pipes almost all the way to the outside of the house, clearing out what was assuredly years of gross build up! We'll totally use them again if we have any other plumbing problems. I'd highly recommend them!
