The first technician who came out was great to talk to, but when they returned two days later, everything they had overcharged me for was done incorrectly. Initially, the technician quoted me $340 for a new airline for the dishwasher. I questioned whether simply cleaning the drain line would solve the issue, but he insisted that a new airline was necessary and that was the cost to fix it. However, when the technician returned, all he did was clean the drain line and then claimed that the price was the same whether they replaced the airline or just cleaned it-- which is completely absurd. Additionally, I asked to replace my sink with the same model we currently had, and the technician assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Yet, the replacement they installed was not the same sink we had shown them. When I originally booked the appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, when I needed support, I could only get in touch with the technician instead. Fortunately, they did fix my toilet, but at a steep cost of $250-- the least they could do considering everything else. I've learned my lesson to shop around before hiring a plumbing service. So the technician came out twice one because we had no hot water and when he came out he didn't check it he just restarted the whole system and informed us that if I turned back off to call him cause he knew the problem. A couple of days later it turned off again and we reached out to the warranty company and the technician he informed us that he knew the problem and would come back and replace the box. Three week later calls on the day he suppose to come and say the part didn't come in so we wait another two weeks, mind you we have kids and at this point boiling water for baths. I called again and they finally came back out with a part that didn't have all the pieces. So the technician tells us that because the hot water was in temporary hw shouldn't have taken the system apart cause he doesn't normally fix that's issue. "Thai is the same man who said he knew the issue and to call him". So hw then tells us that the part will take another two weeks and to cancel the claim and get anew tech. So I'm on the phone with my home warranty and they don't understand either why it has to be canceled when they can just order the missing piece. The tech tells me it will take 2-3 hours to fix and it's cutting into his commission. So my question is why would u accept a claim You couldn't handle and them rush the work and want to cancel and still leave us with no hot water. THIS IS RHW WORSE COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY. I had a leak in the attic of my home and also some air conditioning ducts that needed to be re-routed. Al quickly assessed my problems, found the leak, and fixed it. In addition, within a short time he re-routed the air conditioning ducts. He followed up at no charge to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with his work.
