I was also told that it would be about 3 weeks before someone could come and complete the work because they were so busy. It was a real pleasure to have them come out for a routine drain clean out. We eventually had some additional items done while they were here and it really felt like a family friend. Did I mention fair pricing?! I have had people in the past (different state) do services and the pricing was really ridiculous along with hard pressure sales pitch. Not here; it was so low that I asked for a couple items additional & it took about 5 minutes to figure out a reasonable cost. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. Okay, my plumbing issue was going to turnout two ways: standard or very hard. My lovely bride poured a lot of rice (jambalaya) down the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink clogged. I thought I got the clog removed, at least the sink drained, but the tool that I used got stuck in the clean-out. Trying to be careful not to break any infrastructure and make matters worse, I just couldn't get it out. Also, I broke the p-trap collar nut while taking it off. Naturally, this is a Sunday afternoon and things weren't looking good if the kitchen sink was going to be unavailable for any length of time. I've had pretty good success with Yelp's online quote process. At least it would give me an idea if a contractor could come out the next day. I checked the rankings and reviews on Yelp and later on Google and picked Tony's and another contractor for quotes. Both responded (on Mother's Day) but Tony was able to confirm next day availability. While I have no idea, I think the other contractor was a bigger company that would have to wait until Monday for a scheduler to confirm an appointment. I didn't go into the office and worked from home. Tony was actually able to come earlier than planned which worked out great. Tony ran through the stuck tool issue and came to a conclusion that I was dreading; tearing a wall out. Standing there, he decided to do one more thing that I had not considered. Thankfully, the tool came right out! They got right on the replacement of my broken p-trap, but discovered the drain was still clogged when doing a final check. I gave them the go-ahead to snake the line. The rice had gone a few dozen feet down the line and the clog remained, which they took care of quickly. Tony's Plumbing (the owner performed the service for me) were professional; efficient, fair price, used good quality equipment, did no damage to the house and were nice guys. The kitchen sink had been clogged for a couple of days and was getting worse. We tried fixing the issue ourselves with a 15' snake to no avail. I reached out to Tony's via Yelp late in the evening and he responded within 30 minutes with an estimate and advising he could be at my home the next morning before 9am. He arrived early and completed the work within an hour. His final price matched the estimate and my sink is back in service. He'll be my first call for any future plumbing challenges. No scheduler or office people--when you call Tony's Plumbing, which consists of father and sons, you talk directly to one of the guys who comes to your site. They were completely straightforward me with in all respects, from arranging to come check out the problem, to estimating the price, scheduling, and completing the repair. We had a one day delay due to another customer's job running long, but they gave me plenty of notice and since it was a non-emergency situation, we arranged to do the repair the following day instead. These guys were friendly, efficient, and very tidy, and stuck to the estimate. I am definitely keeping their number handy for any future plumbing needs. Our kitchen sink started backing up, I requested a quote through yelp late last night from Tony's Plumbing. I received a response first thing this morning and received a quote. Our appointment time was 11am-2pm same day. Gino called and said they could come early and wanted to make sure that was ok, which was awesome! Tony and Gino arrived, they introduced themselves and got to work. They snakes the drain and made sure everything was working properly. My husband and I had a couple questions about removing water filter system (from previous homeowner). I saw an add in the local news letter and with good reviews on Yelp I called and left a message. They returned my call promptly and asked I text for an appointment. I did so and they returned with a date and approximate time for the visit. On that day the time passed. I called numerous times to ask where they were, I left lots of messages and sent 2 texts. These guys are Great!!! I requested a quote via email, received a response promptly. Lowest quote out of the three I inquired, one said $350, errrr., more then double Tonys quote. I checked out a few reviews and was convinced I should use Tonys Plumbing. They came out the very next day. They were able to fix it rather quickly. Instead of picking up and leaving, they replace the bottom of the pipe under the sink, I think its called the P trap. There was not a twist off connector , so when I removed some of the pipes under the sink I could not remove the P trap where the clog was. They sawed it off and put on a new P trap and twist off connectors with no extra charge. Now I can service minor clogs my self. Unexpected since I would have definitely hired them back if I ever had come across the same situation.
