My carpets look great! They were dirty. We tried doing them ourselves and just didn't get the results we did with Jetty. Even offered stretching the carpets out but it wasn't in our budget. Bit most definitely on the thing to do list. read more

Provided a quick and reasonable quote, offered next day service, provided a quality service, clear and honest communication. Will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Excellent service. Professional and Quick! They showed up on time and were very competitive!

I appreciate the service this company provided. They didn't play any games or use scare tactics when cleaning my vent ducts. They quoted me $40 per vent to clean and that's what they charge me. Other companies try to lure you in with a low upfront cost and then scare you by telling you you have mold and it's going to be a lot more. The service technician cleaned everything and explained to me that the black color was not mold it was just the color of the material used. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future needs on any of my properties. read more

Excellent cleaning, professional service. No stains that did not come out and dried quickly after.

Friendly guy cleaned my carpet well and quickly after I dropped a strawberry soda at the top of the stairs.

Stephen did a thorough job cleaning and scheduling/communications with Andrew through Yelp was a breeze.

I hired this company to clean carpets in 3 bedrooms at a rental home. They were very responsive & helpful and did a great job. Quality work for a great price. The tech was extremely professional and communication was stellar. Will definitely use again! read more

Very fast and courteous service. They did a nice job getting stains out of carpets and chairs. Will use them again at some point.

I am very impressed with RezClean (now known as Jetty Carpet Cleaning). I received a quote very quickly yesterday and I was on their schedule for this morning, which is what I needed. Mr. Kim did an awesome job patching a small area and had I not known where the problem was, I wouldn't have been able to pick it out. I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. read more

Jetty steam cleaned two rooms and did a great job. The technician was on time, professional and efficient. Great service

Kim was an amazing technician! He kept me informed about the process and did an excellent job explaining everything. He was extremely professional! Will use you guys again! Response time through Yelp was very quick, as well! Keep up the great business! read more

I just moved into my house and saw that I needed the carpet to be cleaned. Out of all of the carpet companies that I contacted, RezCLEAN was the only one that could come on short notice. Andrew was very accommodating. His guys showed up to the house before I did, which I love when people are early! They did an excellent job on the carpet in the house. The guys told me what they were doing, how long the process will take, and how long it would take the carpet to dry. The whole process only took an hour long. I thought it would take longer. After everything, my carpet looks and feels great. The place smells really clean too! I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning and would use them again. read more

Kim was very punctual and professional. He came early for our Friday appointment and even showed me what kind of clamp to get so I could connect my dryer to the dryer vent. He also showed me what I could do to either clean or replace my vent covers. read more

Great job! I'm so glad I went with Jetty Carpet Cleaning. I've always been a fan of steam, as it truly cleans and kills germs. Yet I had my doubts about the carpets in my dad's house, which I didn't even think were salvageable. Well... Jetty Carpet Cleaning put life back into those ugly old carpets! Now I'm not stressed about what to do with them. Andrew and his team were also very flexible during a really chaotic time for me, and I'll always remember that. Thank you, Jetty Carpet Cleaning! I'll use their services again for sure. read more

Andrew and his team were incredibly kind, responsive, and did a great job on our carpets! They got back to me with a last minute request on Saturday evening and squeezed me in on Monday. I would absolutely recommend RezClean for your next job! read more

RezClean was able to come out and do a same day service! They arrived early and finished the job quickly. Thank you!

Easy to work with and very responsive on Yelp - very important to me given how busy we are. Thank you for the great service!

Seriously, if you are looking for a company that has integrity, does excellent work and is quick to respond to questions, requests for quotes and scheduling look no further! I sent bid requests without specific dates to several carpet and tile cleaning professionals through Yelp. One company didn't even bother to respond, one replied with "we can't meet your date requirements" (I didn't even give dates). Andrew contacted me immediately and was willing to come out the very next day (I wasn't ready since I had guests lol). He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and all of this within 30 minutes of requests for pricing! Cost was more than reasonable and when I asked about other services (for my hardwood floors) they were honest and didn't try to upsell me anything. I have been burned before by contractors with 4-5 star reviews on Yelp so I suspect some companies must be getting their friends and families to post fake reviews. Not so with RezCLEAN! Fast forward to today and RezClean showed up as promised, cleaned 2 bedroom carpets, one 8x10 area rug as well as my entire kitchen and master bath travertine tile all within an hour. Andrew should be very proud of his company, I've worked in a professional capacity with subcontractors for nearly three decades as a project manager and project controller and this is one of those companies that would be at the top of my list as a "go to". Now as a residential client, I won't give my business to anyone other than RezCLEAN. I even hounded him with questions before and after his tech showed up and I was never left hanging, he answered every question and quickly! I will be adding some pictures of the outstanding work one the areas are dry. Thank you Andrew! Please don't hesitate to provide me as a direct reference if needed. I will be using you at my office when the need arises and will share your info to friends, family and neighbors without hesitation. read more

Out of 5 companies Andrew of RezCLEAN was the only company that responded with a quote as Yelp said they would. One was booked for a whole week, another wanted phone consultation and the other 2 didn't respond. Andrew responded promptly during this craziness of busted pipes. He knew the sq footage and damage. I felt that he gave a fair price and he was able to put on schedule for 2 days later. Kim the technician was professional and was quite pleased that during our interaction he was always correctly masked. He was thorough and explained exactly what he would do. I was concerned that because mine was a smaller job I would be at the bottom of the list. Not true with Andrew. I recommend this company without hesitation. read more

These guys were great. Great quality. In time. Got a tough stain in a kids closet from a house I recently purchased.

We requested a quote to have a couch and two area rugs cleaned, and were able to schedule within 2 days. We have nothing but great things to say about RezClean and the technician Nick who performed the cleaning at our home. Not only was the owner, Andrew, very kind and responsive on Yelp and fair with his quotes, but you can tell he runs a great business by the way his employees present themselves. Nick arrived promptly when he said he would, and he was friendly and courteous from when he arrived until he left. He made sure to keep me informed on how he planned to clean the rugs and couch. From start to finish, it took him about 1.5-2 hours to complete the cleaning. As he was packing up he provided me with some information on how to help complete the drying process for the rugs and couch. We would certainly recommend RezClean to anyone seeking carpet or upholstery cleaning, and will continue to use them for our future needs. read more
