Highly recommend Chad's Carpet Care. My mom has dementia, and it took some extra effort to get her out of the house. They were so gracious working with me. Her carpet was terrible, and now looks great! Fast, efficient, and kind. read more

I absolutely LOVE this carpet company! I found them in 2018 after years of using another company because of the coupon in the mail. I am so glad to have found this company the cleaning job is AMAZING! MY brother recently had his carpet cleaned in his townhome and used another company. When he saw my carpet we said, "whoever's you got to clean your carpet did a great job" he proceeded to tell me the person who did his carpet was half the price I paid but looking at my carpet he said the cost I paid was worth it and I agree. My fiancee also raved about how great of a job was done. I love this company and will continue to use them for as long as they service my area. By the way. Although my brother stated his cost was half the price I paid...this company I'm my opinion has GREAT prices! read more

This was my first time using Chad's Carpet Care. The staff was friendly when making the appointment. The guy who came to the appointment was friendly and asked for areas that might need more care. He was diligent and did everything to expectation. I highly recommend their services and will use again in the future. read more

A+ for upholstery cleaning! I messaged many local businesses to get a quote to clean a couch and loveseat that I recently purchased second-hand. Chad's response was very quick and detailed. The quoted price was better than his competition. I was able to book an appointment the same day I requested it. His associate arrived on time and was very polite. I was very pleased with the attention to detail he provided. I will use Chad's Carpet Care again in the future! read more

I have used Chad's twice now. Once for the kitchen grout and based on that success I had them back to take care of our carpet cleaning. Terrific results and courteous efficient service. Chad's is now our go to floor cleaning service. read more

Chad's gave us a price upfront using Yelp. Setting up the appointment was easy and the service was excellent. The work was done quickly and professionally. I will use them in the future. read more

This company is awesome! I have a pet that was sick and as a result, was messing on the carpet. I called Chad's because I was not satisfied the last time I had my carpet cleaned by one of the big boys in town. My experience with Chad's service was completely different. First of all, they didn't try to upsell me on anything (unlike the past provider). The price was the exact price that we spoke about on the phone. Additionally, the tech took the time to explain the process and what I could expect as an end result. You could tell that he actually cared about a positive result. In fact, he even told me that it was taking a bit longer than usual because he was giving the troubled spot extra attention. They provide an awesome service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants an awesome job performed. read more

We just moved back into our house after having renters. To say our carpet was dirty would be an understatement. It was disgusting! It was literally brown! I was positive it would have to be replaced, but we decided to at least try and save it. I don't know what Chad did, he performed some soft of miracle because when I got home from work it was tan again! And so clean! I will definitely be using him again! He was worth every penny my renters had to pay. :) read more

Service and quality were excellent. Carpet looked great when the job was complete. Thanks for A++ service.

I sent a message to Chad requesting pricing and availability and he responded in about 0.347 seconds. Pricing was great, availability was super fast, and the tech who did the carpet cleaning was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! read more

I was referred to Chad from a friend. Gave me a reasonable quote on my 3 seated sofa. He was very accessible, communicative and very friendly. Professionally, he was right on time and very thorough in steam cleaning my couch. With having pups in the house, I know I'll be calling him regularly. Very pleased with the work! read more

Had a carpet cleaning emergency on a Sunday 1/27/19 and Chad saved the day!! They are not even open on Sunday, but when I explained what happened, Chad said "I'll get the truck and be right there". We've used Chad several times over the years and do not even call other services. Prompt arrival, friendly guy and straight forward honest pricing. No gimmicks, no upselling no BS. Highly recommended!! read more

He was professional on time and the cost was fair but the carpet seems stiff and hard after the cleaning not sure if that is normal but that was the only issue I had. read more

This company was not helpful for quote for carpet cleaning, and explanation of the quote for new business. I just got off the phone and could not get an explanation for a estimate total or set up for him to come out to give a detailed quote for carpet cleaning. Therefore I assume you must join a club to get a detailed quote. If not that, Chad just does not need new business. read more

Chad is an honest man and will not take your money unless he can fix your issue. Very knowledgeable on carpets/rug cleaning.

Did an awesome job. Super easy to communicate with, was able to work with my schedule and my Carpet looks amazing! Highly recommended!!!

Chad's Carpet cleaning did an amazing job on cleaning the carpet in my house- they removed any stains and the carpet looks brand new again. The price was very reasonable for 3 rooms and stairs and our appt was at 9am and they were there right on time! Would definitely use again! read more

Awesome Awesome Awesome! I recently had my carpets cleaned and I am very pleased! Chad, the owner, was very responsive prior to the appointment and made himself available to answer all my questions. He also provided transparent pricing, which I really appreciate! Zack, the technician, was also great and very nice! The process was fairly quick (about an hour), but the quality of the work was not sacrificed. At the end, he explained what should and should not be done while the carpet was drying and provided explanations for spots that he was not able to get out. I will definitely be recommending and using this company again! read more

Chad's carpet has been servicing my personal residence and my rental homes for several years. They have never let me down and performed a great job each time. The turnaround is super and usually can get my job done within a day or two of me calling. Great carpet and tile cleaning with lasting results. Trustworthy company with competitive prices! read more

I called right before thanksgiving, and Chad's carpet care worked me in. I was very thankful for a great job that was done. They are so skilled and professional.
