He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.

The business is family owned and operated, which was an important element of my decision making process. Jimmy, Mike, Lauren and the rest of the leadership team, really encapsulated a service focused environment, putting my satisfaction with the project first. Jimmy arrived at my house for the original proposal and walked the entire project with me. I had six other window companies come out, and this experience felt different. Jimmy gave me the most competitive offer, knew (and stood beside) his window recommendations better than all of them, educated me on the best windows for my home, and listened to my needs and requests. It was not a sales pitch, which was awesome. Just be prepared for a chat, because he likes to talk (which I appreciate)! The crews that Jimmy has working for him for both windows and siding have been with him for decades. They all include masters/experts in their trades and crafts, and can confidently handle any situation. We had some complexity with our project with 7 dormers, that took the crew a few days longer to complete, but they took the time to make sure the finished product was completed correctly. Lastly, the financing options were helpful given the times. We had planned on just the windows initially, but added the siding to the project because of the awesome financing options available.
