Very knowledgeable and professional. On time with the roof work, was well done, and cleaned up afterwards. Could have been a little gentler with handling the heavy shingle packages while on the roof. I had a couple of small interior wall cracks develop because of all that extra weight on the roof, but most of that is unavoidable during a roof repair. We had a roof leak and found Onit roofing. Game them a call and talked to Whitney(Owner) and we set up a time for her to come out and inspect the roof. After inspection she was able to get me a quote that evening and got me on the books. Her roofers came out a couple days later when there was a window between down pours and fixed the leak. They were able to find a couple more leaks(looking in attic)since it had just rained. Whitney gave me a quote to fix the rest and I gave the ok. They did a great job and no more leaks. Not with Onit. Whitney got me a quote quickly, she sent a team out almost immediately after that to fix some rotted fascia boards and gutters. Josh helped me paint match if near perfectly, and the crews that installed everything came and went without a peep. I called Onit Roofing to repair a leak in my roof. The gentleman who showed up to diagnose the leak was very knowledgeable and professional. When he emailed me the estimate for the leak, he included photos and clear instructions on what the roofer would fix. When the roofer showed up to make the repair, he had a copy of the work estimate, walked me through what he would be doing, then made the repair. My roof hasn't leaked since.
