Excellent experience! Co-owner Whitney is a dream to work with. During the initial appointment Whitney was in the attic and on the roof to show my husband and I the damaged areas, explain roofing products and begin scheduling. Whitney assisted me in working with the insurance adjuster to move the project along. The roofing crew was prompt, professional and pleasant to be around. After they left, the area around the house was entirely cleaned of debris. Our roof is beautiful and and the dark drip edge perfectly contrasts with the existing siding. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Onit Roofing! read more

Can't say enough great about this business. Thank you Whitney for being professional, thorough and timely on our home projects. Btw - we hired them for 2 separate jobs as of now... possibly a 3rd. it says a lot about a company if you keep using the same company over and over for different projects.... Onit gives great service (thank you Whitney). Happy to post my super great feedback on this great group of folks. read more

I thought I had a roof leak. Mike came to my house and did an inspection. He was very nice and let me know that my ceiling damage was not due to a leak; but told me the reason for my ceiling damage. I will always want Onit to inspect, repair and/or replace my roof in the future. Thank you Onit. read more

This review is late as we went through a dry spell right after the roof was fixed. I wanted to wait to see if the fix held up after our recent rains and so far so good! Josh and his team were great! I had a patch of shingles come off and water was leaking into the pantry. They explained everything and reassured me since I never experienced this issue before. They did a thorough check of the roof after fixing the patch. Price was reasonable compared to another quote I had. Overall, I would definitely recommend Onit roofing! read more

We chose Onit Roofing to install new gutters on our home. I requested and received multiple quotes from other companies, thanks to the Yelp Quote request feature. Whitney from Onit Roofing was the first to reply on a Sunday, and continued to provide professional and quick communication, and a very competitive estimate. Jose came out the next day to measure and select the color for the gutters, and on Wednesday the gutters were installed. Amazing! Josh even came out to complete a roof inspection for us, as there happened to be a hail storm the previous weekend. We will have no hesitation choosing them for any roof repairs or replacement. If you are looking for a fair price, great quality, and unrivaled customer service...Onit Roofing will not let you down. read more

Great service. Whitney is great to work with. They are not the cheapest but I have confident of their quality.

We got Onit to come out provide a quote to what we thought was a roof flashing that needed repair. They were very honest with what they found and told us we don't need to do anything at this point. This is honestly at its best. Thanks Chris from Onit for coming out. Appreciate it and we certainly will be using them in the future read more

I talked to Whitney about repairing some damages on the sidings. I sent her pictures and she provided an estimate that seemed to be reasonable. I called back to talk to Whitney that I would like to expand the scope of the job. She sent her crew to get the measurements and quickly provided an estimate. Their crew installed the new sidings on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would go back to them if I need more improvement work done on my house. read more

I sent a request for a quote through Yelp, and Whitney was the most prompt in following up within minutes. She came out to my house and inspected the problem by next day. Her quote was affordable and quality job. If you need a roof repair I will highly recommend to call ONIT ROOFING. read more

Ms. Whitney provides great customer service. My roof needed some patch work. The work was done at a very reasonable price. The roof installed in my home is of a very low grade material that was installed by the builders. This was informed to me by different roofers. I strongly recommend ONIT Roofers. Ms. WHITNEY IS THE BEST. read more

Josh came out and assessed the roofing issue I was having. He focused on the problem and not trying to sell me a whole roof. He scheduled the work and promptly did the repairs. He was easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future! read more

Whitney did a great job of finding my roof leak, fixing the leak, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend her and her company.

Bid was concise, professional and detailed. Job was done on time in one day and site was left very clean. Tenant and neighbors were satisfied as well. read more

Did our roof repair for a good price, trimmed a few branches off the roof, found more damage and fixed it at no extra cost and did quality work. I would use and recommend them any time. read more

Very knowledgeable and professional. On time with the roof work, was well done, and cleaned up afterwards. Could have been a little gentler with handling the heavy shingle packages while on the roof. I had a couple of small interior wall cracks develop because of all that extra weight on the roof, but most of that is unavoidable during a roof repair. I'm still waiting for them to get all the paperwork to my insurance company read more

My roof started to leak around my chimney and vent outlets. Onit roofing was recommended by a good friend of mine. Once I made the call Whitney was quick to respond and schedule a free onsite estimate. The estimated cost was quick an fair priced. The crew that made the repairs did an excellent job. Provided me with before and after pictures. i would definitely recommend this team to my family and friends. read more

Wow wow Josh came out when he said he would! Josh took photos and made many suggestions that did not include spending a dime. It was a Yelp generated quote but I'm glad Yelp suggested Onit Roofing, they are on it. I will definitely be keeping their card for future business. I can't thank Josh enough for his time and honest business practice. read more

We were introduced to ONIT via a Yelp search. Our experience was super positive. Whitney and her team were attentive, communicative and did quality work at a fair price. From the outset, they set expectations that we were dealing with professionals. They promptly provided a detailed quote and worked with us every step of the way. Their team did what they said they would and exceeded expectations. We would definitely hire ONIT again. read more

These guys are amazing! The reviews are all absolutely true. Super responsive, used a drone to show me where the water was coming in and recommended a repair at a very reasonable price. They had me on the schedule that week and it was taken care of. Very friendly and very easy to work with. I will use them for any future roof work and have already recommended them to friends and family. read more

I found Whitney and Onit Roofing on Yelp and she came through for me! She was professional and prompt. Even on my initial inquiry, she responded timely and showed up punctually. She provided thorough explanations and recommended practical repairs instead of trying to get me to replace my roof like so many other unethical roofers. Her rates are reasonable and she kept me informed throughout the process. I am sold on Whitney and her company for life. Thanks, Whitney for your help - I am deeply grateful. read more

Fair pricing. Fast scheduling. Professional, friendly, and quality work. Overall, a great experience.

I just had the pleasure of meeting Josh. This was by far the best explanation and walkthrough of a project that I've ever experienced. If you are looking a top notch contractor for any of your roofing needs, this is where you should start. read more

We had a roof leak and found Onit roofing. Game them a call and talked to Whitney(Owner) and we set up a time for her to come out and inspect the roof. After inspection she was able to get me a quote that evening and got me on the books. Her roofers came out a couple days later when there was a window between down pours and fixed the leak. They were able to find a couple more leaks(looking in attic)since it had just rained. Whitney gave me a quote to fix the rest and I gave the ok. They did a great job and no more leaks. I've had another roofer come out(before Onit) and tried to get me to replace the whole roof and the chimney cap. I'm glad I decided to get a second opinion. Thanks Whitney for your help!!! read more

Josh and his crew did a stellar job replacing our roof. He was even able to paint the trim to coordinate with our new roof and the brick. We love the results. Onit Roofing was professional, the prices were reasonable and the outcome was exceptional. Thank you Josh!!! I would recommend Onit Roofing to everyone looking to replace your roof. read more

Whitney and the team at Onit are a class act. Home improvement projects are usually a pain - aligning schedules, dealing with incompetence, exorbitant prices, and a level of Dante's idea of hell. Not with Onit. Whitney got me a quote quickly, she sent a team out almost immediately after that to fix some rotted fascia boards and gutters. Josh helped me paint match if near perfectly, and the crews that installed everything came and went without a peep. In a shocking turn of events, they actually used a magnet to clean up any remaining nails/screws. They blew debris off the patio and into the grass. They were all on time and were respectful of the property. This is all stuff that is unusual in this field and I'm so happy that I went with Onit Roofing. Thanks all! read more

I had a great experience with Onit Roofing. From the promptness of answering my calls and text messages , with questions of the job itself. I called Onit Roofing to repair a leak in my roof. The gentleman who showed up to diagnose the leak was very knowledgeable and professional. When he emailed me the estimate for the leak, he included photos and clear instructions on what the roofer would fix. When the roofer showed up to make the repair, he had a copy of the work estimate, walked me through what he would be doing, then made the repair. My roof hasn't leaked since. I've had several roof leaks over the years and have been very frustrated with previous roofing companies. I was starting to think that I would never find a good roofer, but my experience with Onit Roofing was very pleasant. I highly recommend working with them. read more

Onit roofing replaced our roof a couple of months ago. Josh was so professional and easy to work with. He worked me through the insurance claim and made a stressful situation very bearable. Onit gave me an objective review of the current condition of my roof and told me that it's probably got another 5 years of life left. They also made a list of defects that needed attention and gave me a very reasonable quote to make repairs. I am very happy I reached out to them and will definitely ask them to install my new roof when that time comes. read more

We were looking for an honest, reliable company to repair our roof. Whitney was extremely easy to deal with and handled our issue quickly and pricing was very fair. Whitney did the initial check and sent out a roofing specialist very quickly. We were hesitant to pick a roofing company but their name holds true. They were on the job immediately with quick and easy service! read more

Onit was ON POINT! We called Josh out to evaluate a sag in our roof and he was over by the next morning. He showed up at the same time as a competing company, which was a scheduling error on my part. He was nothing but professional and courteous, and very forthright in letting us know our initial request did not require repair. He did point out some minor issues on the roof, which we decided to go ahead and repair. Josh and his team were very quick, responsive and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this company 100%. read more

Honest. In construction and particularly roofing, that is rare. They were on time, clean, and it looks great. He was good to his word and did not attempt to create any unusual charges. Highly recommended. read more

We received a visit to our home and a quote on the same day we contacted the company, which was a great start. Whitney, the co-owner, was communicative throughout the process providing us with multiple options for what we wanted to do and recommendations as to what we needed to help protect our home and yard and didn't just try to push us to get us much guttering as possible, in fact suggesting that we probably didn't need it around the front. The work was undertaken shortly after and was done quickly, professionally and looks great. All in all it was about 5 days from when I first contacted them for a quote to have the guttering installed - a really quick turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone - they're a professional, well run company who do quality work. read more

Bought an older home that had a leak in the roof behind the chimney. Really needed someone to quote and respond quickly in order to get moving on repairs. Josh was recommended to me by a quality painter I had used before. Service was timely and very professional. Communication was excellent, which set On-It roofing apart. I was still running down other quotes trying to get people to respond and Josh had already sent a detailed quote/proposal with pictures of repairs needed and pricing before other roofers could even get things measured and quoted. He had me on the schedule quickly and the work was excellent! read more
