ONIT Roofing and owner Josh Dill is amazing. I had originally contacted this company based on the Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and extremely responsive. Josh communicated promptly and is very knowledgable. His estimate was so detailed I would have gladly paid for it, though it is a free service he provides. I highly recommend this company, good work is hard to find, quality work even harder! Thank you ONIT! read more

Very pleased with the whole process. No drama. Very professional. Very thorough estimate for some additional gutters to our house from Whitney. Just wish all contractors could be like this. Thanks Whitney! read more

Whitney was able to help us fix the roof before the winter storm. Efficient service! Highly recommend!

I dreaded getting my roof replaced and having to deal with a contractor. I read all of the good reviews of Onit Roofing on yelp and chose them to replace my roof. I had the same, great experience that the other reviewers on yelp had. I was impressed by Whitney's use of a drone to take detailed pictures of my roof. Whitney was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about roof replacement. She was quick to respond to my request for a roof inspection. I received everything that I was promised and now have a good, quality roof. If you want a hassle-free experience, I definitely recommend Onit Roofing. I will be using them again for other projects on my house. read more

My first and best experience hiring a gutter cleaner and they did not disappoint! Whitney was exceptionally competent and courteous. She was even able to provide professional recommendations on the furthe roof repair, which we passed on and got approval from the landlord. Given her previous service, I have no doubt she will exceed our expectations once again! read more

I contacted Onit Roofing for a quote to replace our roof and received an immediate reply from the owner Josh. He set up a time to meet and discuss our options on materials, details of the process and the length of the project. He is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all of the steps and provided us with a written formal quote. A week after meeting us he was able to schedule the job and complete it in one day. He oversaw the project from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Josh and Onit Roofing and the exemplary work they provided! read more

Some difficulty in finding company that handles tile roofs. Onit was one of the ones that would. They conducted professional, on roof inspection. Took pictures to show me what was wrong. Found nine damaged tiles, plus two roof jacks that I knew were leaking. Took longer to provide estimate than I expected, but estimate was reasonable. Price was 25% of what some others bid. Plus Onit said they could start quickly. Time from initial contact to completed work: 10 days. Completed repairs in a couple hours. Provided pictures of the repairs. I was very satisfied. read more

We contacted OnIt Roofing about replacing gutters and rotten fascia board, and Whitney came several days later to inspect the roof and give us a quote. She was completely professional and friendly, and took the time to thoroughly access what we needed at a reasonable cost. Her team was equally impressive, always arriving on time and always leaving a clean yard when they were finished. We had our new gutters and fascia boards in 2 days, just in time for the rain we're expecting. Great company to work with, and their superior quality of workmanship and outstanding customer service shows in the final product. We would definitely hire them again! read more

Really awesome experience. Josh is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. I even had them do my gutter after a fantastic job with my roof. read more

I've worked with Alfredo and Brett when they worked with another firm. Now they are at Onit , which is a hungry, trustworthy, customer-focused, company that is extremely well run and responds to customers inquiries within minutes. They embrace technology, using drones and the Internet so I saw the problem with my roof even before Brett was off the roof. Alfredo fixed a slow leak on my roof I was having literally between rainstorms last week. Thanks guys! Satisfied as usual. Customer for life! read more

I have used this company after our last storm (Imelda) here in the Humble/Kingwood area, I must say I was very pleased with the professionalism as well as the quality of work performed by this company. I got three quotes for this repair and by far their pricing was affordable. read more

I called Onit Roofing on a Monday and talked to Whitney about getting a quote for a new roof. She came to my house on Tuesday and by that night I had a quote from her. She was very professional and knowledgeable about their products that they were going to use and explained everything to me where I could understand. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a new roof. read more

Quick response, lots of details on what has been done, good service, exactly what I was looking for for my roof tune up. Josh was very patient and took before and after pictures on everything done, and went back and double check the resealing of chimney collar for me when I called with concerns. Will definitely come back. read more

They are quick to return calls. Keep their appointments and reasonable. They went into my attic to assess. I did partial roof repair.

The team at Onit Roofing could not have been better. From our initial estimate right through to completion, Whitney was helpful, courteous and professional. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision that wasn't right for us, though her guidance was much appreciated. She and her crew got the job done in less than a day, our new roof looks fantastic and they did a great job cleaning everything up before they left. I absolutely recommend Onit to anyone looking for a qualified, honest and experienced roofing team. read more

Whitney was so responsive and really great to work with. She came out the next day and was able to get a roofer to fix our issues within 24 hours afterwards. I am very appreciative of her and her team. Would absolutely recommend and will be using in the future. read more

We had a small leak at our ac vent in our master bathroom and it was due to a roofing issue. Onit roofing replied right away to my yelp message and came out the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has any roofing issues and if anything else comes up in the future I will be sure to reach out to them. read more

I recently had gutters installed. After doing some research, I choose to go with Onit Roofing. I spoke with Josh who gave me a very professional, detailed estimate. He sent out Jose to confirm the details and the deal was done. The crew showed up two days later and within three hours they were done. The gutters look great! The whole process was very easy and professional. The crew worked hard, fast and cleaned up any mess. It hasn't rained yet but now I'm ready. If I have any roofing needs in the future, Josh will be the first person I call. I recommend you give him the opportunity to earn your business. read more

Honest, trustworthy. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Whitney was amazing, walked us through the process and on install day everything went exactly how she told us it would. It's a big investment it's so nice to be able to trust someone. I expected a mess like other projects I have done in the past. My yard and driveway were spotless, not a nail or piece of trash left behind. We are already planning to use them for other services. read more

I had a roof leak and using Yelp I got a bunch of replies back, I had a few roofers coming out to my house for a quote. Everyone of them immediately said I needed a new roof. Josh was the only one who showed me pictures of my roof the moment he got off of my roof. Everyone else wanted to send the report later when they put it together. I felt very comfortable with the advice I was given by Josh and he explained to me what the other roofing companies found and were considering "storm" damage. He showed me a picture that another roofer claimed was wind damage and it was clearly dry rotting/blistering from the Texas heat. Josh showed me everything and was very open and in my opinion very honest about the damage I had on my roof. He sent me my quote the next morning and I was shocked to see the price was really reasonable! After he left I thought ok, everyone has mentioned the increase in inflation and the increased prices on supplies so I was totally expecting it to be well over a grand. I started to put a price in my head that I wouldn't go above and when I saw they not only were able to get my price under a $1k they were several hundred dollars below what I had in my head as a deal breaker. He had everything broken down into sections and the cost for each section. I signed right away and Josh was already calling his installer and had me scheduled first thing the next morning even though he had told me it might be later in the day because they had 5 other jobs to do that day. Alfredo the installer was very professional, did not leave any mess which is something I immediately looked for because I have a puppy that puts everything in her mouth right now and I didn't find anything, well actually I did find one very small piece of a shingle on the side on my house in the backyard but I can live with that. They didn't bother me or make a ton of noise other then what was needed for the job since it was early Saturday morning, they were fast and efficient. Since I have bought this house I have had a few repairs done and this company was by far the best I've ever dealt with. They are my roofers for life! I've told all my coworkers about them, I would recommend them to anyone that has a problem with their roof! Thanks Josh and Alfredo! read more

This was a small job (3 downspouts on my gutters), but they did a great job and the price was quite fair. They scheduled it quickly and the technician (Henry) was very good at what he did. He was finished in 1.5 hours and it looks great. I am very pleased. read more

After numerous quotes for gutters we decided to go with Onit Roofing and we couldn't of been happier! The process was quick and Josh kept us apprised every step of the way. Along with the gutters Onit did some cosmetic repairs to our house also and did a great job with that too. We could not recommend Onit Roofing more they did a great job. read more

Needed some gutters installed on our home. Josh came out the next day to take a peek and give us a quote. His report was very, very detailed and extremely professional. My husband had some questions with regards to some of the specs of the materials being quoted and what he wanted and they were able to work those out quickly. Their quote was not the most expensive, nor was it the least expensive but somewhere in between. Once we had a couple other quotes in our possession we felt the most comfortable with Onit's presentation and professional manner. When it was to start the job, it was on; they came in next morning and tore out some suspect wood, replaced it and repainted it. The following day they came out and installed our seamless gutter system by the afternoon everything was done including cleanup. Have no negatives to add, the entire process was seriously fantastic. Now all we need is some rain to see how the gutters perform!! We have some other jobs that Onit stated they would be happy to quote and even though it would not appear to be their wheelhouse, their quotes came out very competitively. We may go with them on one or two of these as well and would review seperately. read more

I highly recommend Onit Roofing. I contracted Onit because we needed our gutters cleaned. They sent someone over who then quit on them after he had completed our job. After the first rain it became apparent that this former employee did not do a quality job - when I called about it, they promptly refunded me every dollar without any hassle and apologized! A few weeks later I realized that I still needed to have them cleaned - and cleaned thoroughly. Because Onit was so easy to work with and refunded me the money when the first job didn't go well, I decided to give them a second chance. I couldn't be happier! They sent out two men who got to work and did an excellent job - even providing me with pictures to show the insides of the gutters from up on the roof. These are quality people who made it right when things didn't turn out correctly and then exceeded my expectations when I gave them another chance. Call Onit! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Onit Roofing. We live near Humble and Atascocita which experienced hail in late April. We are not the type of family that jumps on the first salesman that knocks on our door. Brett was the fifth company on my roof and when he came down he was the first that I felt didn't try to sell me a roof. He was kind, honest, and confident that it was time for our roof to be replaced for it had some significant damages. Throughout this process he has been prompt in responses, present, and making sure my family is satisfied even if that meant going over my yard with a magnet 10 times to make sure my daughters don't get a nail in their foot. While the crew was working on my roof they were respectful and polite. Best part is THEY HAND NAILED EVERY NAIL!!!!! Josh, the owner, came to make sure the crew was performing up to the highest standards and also helped pick up trash around my house to maintain cleanliness. As long as I stay within Houston I won't have another company do my roof. Thank you, thank you, thank you Onit Roofing! read more
