Scheduled a consultation for my project. Was told I was on the e schedule for this morning and even a follow up text message saying they would see me in the morning. Today came and went and no correspondence at all. I had provided my phone number and my yelp messages. I sent a yelp message at the end of the day saying I appreciated them not keeping their appointments. Within a couple minutes I got a message back saying sorry they mixed up my phone number. I can't stand excuses for messing up, just own it. You had my yelp messages that you could have reached out to. I love local companies and supporting them. After Harvey and Imelda led to some water infiltration on my kitchen window, the wife and I decided it was time to get it replaced. We sent Rafael a message on Yelp, and within 30 minutes he confirmed an appointment for the following day and gave me a quote to repair the leak or replace the window instantly. That is the kind of service that I like, and had a good feeling about him. He text me when he was on his way and arrived at the agreed time. Upon inspecting the window, he deduced that the problem was the caulking around the window had weathered and failed. He said he would repair it for an EXTREMELY reasonable price and immediately got to work that minute. Within an hour, he had stripped and re-sealed the window, and he noted a few places he had seen some brick separation due to grout failure. He noted he had filled those in with heavy duty sealant as well. We will see during the next storm if we get any infiltration. Rafael noted though, that if we do, he will apply what we paid in repairs towards a new window as he guarantees all his work. Forget the big box, radio ads, and other over blown antics of other window places around town. Stay and support local. Great service? Check. Great workmanship? Check. Great warranty? Check. I would highly recommend National Glass for window replacement. We got five windows replaced, so we could upgrade from single-pane to double-pane windows. Raphael was very professional and responsive to our questions. The window replacement was very affordable and professionally done (Raphael installed all the windows in a single day and cleaned up after each window installation), and the windows seem to be of good quality; we are very satisfied with them. You should expect to pay a 50% deposit on the windows before getting them replaced (since the windows need to be ordered and shipped before the replacement happens), but Raphael provides an accurate estimate of the time for the windows to be shipped, so you can have an idea of when the replacement will happen. We waited about 5 weeks after paying our deposit due to current supply-chain slowdowns, but it was worth the wait, and Raphael was very accommodating of our schedule. This is a trustworthy business, and I would come back again in the future, if the need for window replacement arises. read more

Ralph was a great dude. I called him to fix a rear driver side door window on August 15. It was a rainy day and Ralph still came out to do the job. He was prompt with his time so if he gives you a window he will be there, and the window is typically within 30 minutes. The guy himself was a joyful person and not in bad spirits. Took him around 25-30 minutes to complete the window install, we found a cover spot to do the job. Out of nowhere there was a crack on my windshield. I searched for a glass repair shop and was put in contact with Rafael. He came out and replaced my windshield within a few hours. He also provided me with tips for maintaining the windshield. The only thing that I was not happy with, was the fact that my rearview mirror for some reason did not stay on the hook of the windshield so it came falling off.
