They are incredibly difficult to get a hold of. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone calls or text messages. The only success I had was via Facebook Messenger. BUT THEY STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME A REFUND. And it's been 4 weeks, despite the fact that I asked for it the day the maid canceled without notice. Would not recommend this service at all.

My mother was staying w/ me & didn't think they were coming, so she started cleaning & basically cleaned almost my whole house. So when the maid showed up it was all done pretty much. I told the maid & receptionist that it would be fine if she just did my bathrooms & floors & to refund me half the money & they AGREED. 2 weeks later, no money, so I messaged them. They told me they had a new policy of no refunds, but satisfaction guaranteed cleaning, so they could send someone to clean. I agreed about 3 weeks ago to that & contacted them several times, still NO SERVICE. So basically I paid full price for services & they did not even clean well or do the job they promised. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
