So disappointing. We collected several quotes for our home window cleaning. Window wizards was not the cheapest option but their contract was thorough and so we expected their services to be thorough as well. We were highly disappointed and will not use their services again. We didn't realize the bottom track of each window wasn't included in the price. Upon realizing this factor, we called the business and paid to add the service. The gentlemen then began carelessly working on the task. They did not clean their areas, in fact, my husband had to get the shop vac to clean up their messes after they left our home. The workers mis counted the windows-another example of their lack of attention to detail. They were rushing and clearly just wanted to be done. Here is the letter I wrote to the owners explaining my experience. I just got a phone call and had to explain that they missed some caulking. So I thought I would share how bad it was. Dear Magden Brothers, I wanted to share my experience with your company. I just had your team of installers leave my house and I paid the bill entirely. The experience has been awful, disrespectful and mishandled. ( except for the team that just installed my windows, whose team leader's name was Arnold. They were friendly and their work appeared to be professional and were very nice) When I got my quote, I originally was looking to have 18 windows complete and several doors. Your firm would be completing the job I was going to have a local contractor complete. He had done 6 windows as requested and when he was about to start second part he could no longer complete due to an injury. I say this because he had given me what each window had cost, not a total price. I had asked for this twice from the rep and have never received. I believe she is out on DI. I also do not believe I have a price for the 2 doors and 12 windows I still want done. It gets worse. Every-time I got a call to schedule the next step, I kept trying to give time and dates that would work for me, even weeks out but your process does not allow for it. It was always, here is what we have open and then you tried to fit in a 2-3 hour window. Hard to drop everything for working people. After weeks of back and forth, we got scheduled. When the measuring person came, he said one window had full screen and one had half. Every window in house has full screens so, after a good catch by him, we took about a week for a change to the order. Now for the installation. My first scheduled appointment I had taken the day off. I received a call when they are suppose to be arriving, saying the truck was in an accident and they could not come. Enough damage to the truck and trailer to not come, but miraculously they assured me my windows were fine. After arguing with team on phone to reschedule around a good day, we agree. When that team arrives, on a second day I had to take off, they bring the wrong windows. It took almost a month later before we could reschedule and get the windows installed. This team was nice and professional but the work was done on a day that was bad for the family and disruptive. But I was determined to have done before Labor Day. It took a lot longer then planned. My final point, is for me to pay over $1,000 per window, I do not understand why you can barely put a finger in the groove to open them up. Picture attached. For that price, they should be better. So in closing, I paid my bill was kind to your team and share this horrible experience with every person I know. But I wanted you to hear it from me first and directly. WM read more

We have pella windows with multiple layers which are difficult to clean. Window Wizards did an outstanding job getting each pane clean and put back together with no problems. Their cleaning crew was courteous and swift. We will definitely use them again. Thanks to Robb and Ashley for making it a painless process around the holidays. read more

Wow. My wife and I selected this company based on great Yelp reviews. Unfortunately our experience has not been as expected. It took three calls to get someone to come out to bid a small project. We received the bid and decided to move forward. Emailed authorization. Then followed up with a call and was told that the bid THEY provided does not meet their minimum job requirement (even though we received a written bid). Left curt message of disappointment and was told the owner would call back immediately. Ummmm. Shockingly no response. read more

I intentionally waited several days prior to writing this review to ensure I was not overly angry when I wrote it. The facts are what they are. I scheduled a window cleaning appointment for last Friday afternoon between 3-5. I requested the afternoon off from work so that I could be home to let them in. I did not hear from them all day, and when it was 3:15, I gave them a quick call. It was not until then that they informed me that they were running so behind and would no longer be coming that day. They offered to coming by Saturday morning, but we were not available. My issue is this. They had to have known before 3:15 that they weren't going to make it. I took off work. It was unacceptable customer service, and I will not be calling them again. Additionally, there was no real apology, and no one called to follow up with me afterwards. Regardless of how professional their site looks, I would think again before planning your day around these people. read more

I used Window Wizards for power washing in the front and back of our house. They did a great job on the cleaning. The team was professional and worked very hard to do a good job. Unfortunately, they took some paint off of our brick in the front of the house. My concern was that they had told us it would not take the paint off before we started, and I would have hoped they would have told us it was starting to take the paint before continuing in that area. I had my painter come back and rectify the situation, so it looks fine again. What impressed me the most about Window Wizards was their follow up after the work was completed. I had not called them to complain. They called me and asked how the job was and pressed me to let them know if anything was not right. I explained the situation, but did not ask them to pay. The lady doing the QC phone check told me to hold off paying and that she wanted to speak to her boss, because they are 100% focused on their customers and back their work. After discussing with him, I provided him the receipt for the painting and pictures showing what happened. He was very professional and made me feel how important it was to him to make things right. He adjusted the bill for the repainting and I paid. It never got nasty. The fact that they sought me out vs me having to complain really made an impact with me. I would not hesitate to use their services again. They are a first class operation and focused on quality for their customers. read more

I highly recommend Window Wizards! I've used the company over the past several years and each time they do any outstanding job. They clean out our gutters, power wash our patio and around our pool (we have several nut trees that create stains on the cement) and wash our windows inside and out. Window Wizards really did a great job on our windows! The crew that came to our home arrived on time and were wonderful from start to finish. The two young men were very courteous and worked efficiently and expertly as a team. I was impressed. They obviously took pride in their work and left our home sparkling inside and out. I didn't realize our windows were that dirty until afterwards...our house feels so much brighter now. Why didn't we have this done sooner?! The day after I called them., Ashley came out to assess and prepare an estimate which she promptly e-mailed to me. It was clear, detailed and also included a copy of their liability insurance policy. Window Wizards scratched my windows with a razor blade. Robb Hueston came to inspect the scratches and he told me that those scratches were not done by his cleaning team. I told him that HIS TEAM was the one that told me that they used razor blades to remove paint. The scratches are very evident by a sweeping motion across the panes. The team did not ask for permission to scrape the windows, nor did I pay for scraping. Robb Hueston implied that I wrong and that he was going to do nothing about the damage. I would NOT recommend Window Wizards for window cleaning. I would not recommend Robb Hueston for any professional services in any field. Window Wizards cleaned the windows of all of the townhomes in my building, each of which is four stories tall. It was very hard to find a company that would do a building that tall. They were efficient, prompt in their communications, reasonably priced, showed up on time, finished in one day and showed up when they said they would. A very good experience. They only get one star because yelp won't allow me to put zero stars. The WORST service I have ever recieved from any kind of cleaning company. Not only were they very late for our scheduled appointment, but they ruined FIVE of my custom window treatments. The manager only offered to replace three of them after I had to call him after a week and a half. Then, he hung up on me and refused to take my phone calls to finish discussing how his team trashed my house. Do yourself a favor clean your own windows. Window Wizards did an excellent job for me! I have used them to power wash mold off a limestone walkway and a brick wall. They work hard to remove all stains, and they will keep after stubborn spots until you are completely satisfied. I can't speak to as how good their services are because they never showed up! I had an appointment with the 9-11 am 2 hr. window, I received an email the night before stating my appointment time was 10:30 am. 10:45 am came around and nobody, so I called the office and was told they were 10 min. out, 12:05 pm came and still nobody!! I called and was told the previous job added some extra services last min. so they were still there, NOT MY PROBLEM!!! and, I was never called about any of these delays, I had to call them, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I was told they could call every 10 min. with updates on arrival, NO, I told them to get someone to my house immediately, 1/2 a day wasted already, plus I had to move everything close to any window at least 2 feet away for cleaning, now fun times, I get to put it all back because I called and canceled the cleaning. Seems like they need some serious training with their office staff & cleaning staff because it seems they have NO communication skills. read more
