We hired JM Junk this week to dismantle a large shed in our side yard. Josh confirmed our appointment several times and arrived with his crew on time! Josh also confirmed the price quote with us when he arrived and before they started the project. They were very professional, hard working, and had upbeat positive attitudes throughout the entire project - even in the July Texas heat! They had brought the proper equipment and truck with them and had the large shed dismantled safely and carted away within 3 hours! We also had them dismantle an old brick planter that was used for holding metal trash cans back in the 1970s. When they were finished, they cleaned up very well, too! I would highly recommend Josh and his team w JM Junk! We were extremely happy with their service!! read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh and JM Junk Removers. After my mom passed away recently, we were faced with the overwhelming task of cleaning out a home she had lovingly lived in for over 40 years. What felt emotional and daunting to us was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and care by their team. They were quick, incredibly efficient, and so respectful of the space and the memories inside it. They worked hard without cutting corners and made a process that felt impossible so much more manageable for our family. I highly recommend JM Junk Removers to anyone needing honest, dependable service -- they truly went above and beyond for us. read more

JM Junk Removers went above and beyond to help out me, and the company I work for, from the very start!! I received a quick response from Josh and he was able to provide a quote for me very quickly. Communication was superb in providing status updates of time of arrival and what to expect. Roger showed up with a smile on his face and ready to get to work and worked quickly! The company I work for is very strict on disposal of our products and Josh and Roger were more than accommodating with my requests for disposal. Thank you Josh and Roger for making this huge job a lot less stressful! read more

I have used JM too many times to count! They all are above board and go above and beyond to make things happen! I will never forget one time during a removal I had an issue with the drainage in my flowerbeds. My husband was deployed at the time and Josh offered to come back out to help me fix it. Not only that but he messaged to check on it to see if I had it resolved. If that doesn't tell you that this company goes the extra mile I don't know what will. I contacted JM Junk Removers and Angelica was so helpful with info about the process. Josh came out the next morning, looked at my items (upstairs, garage, and backyard) and immediately gave me a very reasonable price. As he was loading my items, I remembered a couple of other heavy items. He gave me an immediate price update. Prices measured by space they take up on the trailer, not by weight or being upstairs. I am very pleased with JM Junk Removers. Thank you Josh. read more

I can't explain how thankful I am for JM Junk Removers. They have been an absolute life saver, allowing me to get organized at my own pace. I appreciate their kindness and consideration for how overwhelming getting organized can be after the pandemic- especially, for a single woman with a back injury. The service is worth every penny. I'm so glad I decided to use them vs. other larger companies I looked at. I will be using them again! read more
