Highly recommended! I requested for quotes on Yelp from several highly-rated junk removal companies to help remove some old furniture (some which was on the 2nd floor). NTX Junk Hauling responded promptly with a very fair price and answered all additional questions quickly & professionally. On moving day, Peter gave a courtesy call with an ETA & arrived on time. When moving the furniture out, they were extremely courteous & careful not to damage the walls, etc. The price that was charged was exactly the quote that was given - no hidden charges. I would definitely use NTX Junk Hauling's services again in the future. 5 out of 5! read more

I found NTX Junk Hauling on Yelp and used them based on the five star ratings, along with Peter's quick replies with details and information as requested. He delivered on time (early even), picked on time and was very accommodating to our needs ... during the hottest temperatures of summer mind you ... and all with a fantastic friendly attitude!! I reached out to NTX to help move a couch out of my apartment since I don't have a great way to use Dallas' bulk pickup since I don't own a home. My apartment also doesn't allow folks to leave bulk items near the dumpster (which makes sense), so I needed a junk hauler to help out. NTX was one of the first to respond and give me an exact quote. Some others I reached out to on Yelp responded, but they wanted to come "in person" to give a quote. I didn't love that idea, so that I why I choose NTX. I knew exactly what I was going to pay. Scheduling was easy, I just needed phone number and address to book the appointment over yelp. Delivery people called me early, showed up on-time, and were friendly. They were in and out in about 5 min. I paid in cash (they also take your other typical payment options). Will use again in the future, thank you read more

This job was for a clean out of my moms garage in preparation for her moving. read more

Easy to get quote, looked on website and they had a picture of their trailer, and how much it costs per half load, full load, etc . Peter answered right away, I explained what I needed removed, had items in the garage and back yard. I was able to confirm quote and schedule a time for pick up. They came out, and were very nice, even cleaned up the areas where they removed items, did more than expected including picking up yard debris that was around the items - great customer service! read more

Quick, friendly, and so efficient! Recently bought a new couch and wanted to get rid off a couple of more furniture as well as the old couch and I'm very glad I found NTX Junk Hauling. Don't get discouraged with the low amount of reviews, I believe they just recently started the business, but definitely worth contacting Peter and getting a free quote.
