    Damage to couch

    Great personalities, but the overall experience cost me far more than the move itself. I want to start with the positives, because the team truly did have bright spots: The good: * The movers had great attitudes, especially considering they were working the day before Thanksgiving. * They were personable, respectful, and easy to talk to throughout the day. * They arrived on time. * Their pricing was very competitive with no hidden fees. Unfortunately, the positives ended up being overshadowed by several major issues that turned the move into a stressful, expensive experience for me. The concerns: * Truck Size Misrepresentation: I was told they had a 26 ft box truck. This was a major selling point b/c I knew for sure I needed at least a 20ft truck based on my previous move. They arrived with a much smaller truck, despite me providing videos of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment, office space, patio items, and mentioning 30 boxes in the garage. Because of the smaller truck, the move required two trips and took significantly longer than planned. * No Proper Wrapping Materials: They assured me in advance that they had supplies to wrap items. This was not the case. As a result, my $2,200 couch, that is not even a year old, now has a hole in the upholstery that requires professional repair. * Damaged Items: * Multiple items, clearly marked fragile, were found upside down or on their sides. Picture frames and casserole dishes from my late mother were broken. * My TV console was damaged to the point that the top is detached from the base and cannot be repaired because of how it broke. * My floor lamp somehow became separated from its cord and can no longer be plugged in. * Bed Damage & Safety Issue:The screws to my toddler's bed were misplaced. I had to step away briefly, and when I returned, the movers had already left. The bed was left partially assembled with pieces sticking out--one of which fell on my toddler. I now have to replace the entire bed.My own bed was also left improperly assembled; screws weren't attached to the base, and the area under the mattress was in disarray despite appearing complete at first glance. * No Follow-Through on Compensation:On 11/29, I was asked to send details of all damaged items so they could either replace them or reimburse me. I promptly sent the repair estimate for my couch and the costs of the bed, lamp, and console. As of now, I have not been compensated for any of it. * Incomplete Junk Removal & Poor Communication:They agreed to return Friday to pick up a few items they were supposed to junk and a few items that were left behind. That didn't happen.Instead, someone was sent to my old place on Sunday without communicating with me. I had to rearrange my schedule to meet another day.When that day came, only one person arrived for a job that required two people. I was told they would return but never heard back, and I eventually had to hire another company to complete the job, costing me an additional $311. Bottom line:If I were hiring based on personality alone, absolutely--they were kind and respectful. But moves require more than good attitudes. Between the damage, the lack of supplies, the miscommunication, and the out-of-pocket expenses I've had to cover afterward, this ended up costing me far more than what I paid for the move itself. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Update! It's been over a month and still no follow through on reimbursing me for damages. As I continued to unpack I found another hole in my couch and one of the seats on my patio chairs was caved in.

    Scratched and damaged items, broke off legs off my entertainment center instead of unscrewing, door dashed moving items, left personal energy shots in old house, told id have two trucks and another crew I only had one truck and crew and Can kept lying all day saying another truck was on its way, told id be credited $235 still have not been credited, last but not least they still have my dining room table and Cam said he was at his moms wedding but his IG story shows he was moving with a bigger truck in mesquite, TX and he still has my dining room table. I've filed a police report.

    Genuinely did not want to leave this review, but after almost a month of being ghosted- after being told my damaged couch would be replaced..I feel like I have no choice. My move was outsourced to another company without my knowledge, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication and care for my belongings was unacceptable. Multiple items were damaged, including my couch, and one of my TVs was transported in someone's personal car, which felt extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the movers complained about basic aspects of the job, like what floor I lived on, which added to the overall poor experience. He initially asked what items were damaged, sent me a form, and told me insurance would be replacing the items. I was also told a replacement couch was already being delivered and that I would be refunded. Over a month has now gone by with no updates, and I have since been completely ghosted after being given those assurances. I chose this company because I personally knew Cam, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for my belongings, I would not recommend this moving company. I would strongly advise others to avoid using them. Update: After leaving this review, the business owner responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner rather than addressing the situation. Instead of providing resolution, he made inaccurate claims that my couch had been replaced, which is not true. This response only further reflects the lack of accountability and professionalism I experienced throughout this process.

    This guy is an ABSOLULTE scamming thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Cam and his crew moved me from Delaware to Texas. Just like someone else mentioned despite me giving him a list of items I would be transporting and sending him video of the the items I would be moving, he brought a truck that was too small... my guess ( because now I know) since he is operating without his own intrastate and interstate transport licenses (from Texas DMV and US DOT) he is using Uhaul to do these moves and attempting to skate the system by working under their licenses.. and to that point Uhaul probably didn't have the correct size truck for my move... causing him to have to take what he could get. So my furniture was moved in to different trucks. The first truck with the majority of my belongings did in fact make it to Texas. However, the second truck never showed up. Every attempt I have made to reschedule, to demand the delivery of and or ascertain the exact physical address of my belongings on that truck have gone unfulfilled. He is literally REFUSING at this point to give me my belongings and/or to tell me where they are so I can go get them myself. But there's more. I also paid him an additional $200 to take boxes from the original truck to a storage unit for me. He took the money and never delivered the boxes to the storage unit but instead kept them on a truck at some unknown location, how do I know that? Because when I went to the storage unit to check if anyone had been there, there had not been AND he brought those same boxes back to my house acting as though he were delivering the furniture from the second truck that I was and am still waiting for. He also did not offer to refund me the $200 for the job he didn't complete. But there's more. Because when he brought those same boxes back, he did so by leaving a Uhaul in the parking lot with my belongings in it unlocked and unattended, texting me to get my stuff before they come back for the truck. He has still refused to deliver or tell me where my other belongings are. I have contacted the police and filed a report and I'm waiting for them to process the warrant for theft, I have also filed complaints with the Texas DMV and US DOT for commerical movers. I have also reached out to the local news department on their consumer complaint line to encourage them to do a story on this guy since this ghosting behavior appears to be a running theme. When confronted his first response is to become defensive ( he told me I was delusional and that he knows the law and has a lawyer and has never stolen anything however these reviews would say otherwise). At this point it is becoming clear to me that something has happened to my furniture. Nothing else makes sense, why not just give it to me? If for nothing else to get me to go away and to move on with your life. The fact that he can't produce my things despite my determined escalation is a strong indicator that there is something he is not telling me about what has happened to my furniture. Here's the sad part. What he has are priceless. If it were just furniture I would sue him in civil court and be done with it. But he has memories. He has pictures of my kids, awards and proclamations from my 18 year public service career with New Castle County Public Safety. He has a memorial flag from a friend that was shot and killed in the line of duty. He has a crib that generations of children in my family including my own have slept in. He has the last gift that my mother in law gave me before she died. These are things money can not replace. At this point he is just cruel and I can not understand how he could dare bring himself to say anything argumentative or condescending to me given the circumstances. All of this could have been avoided with clear communication and adherence to the work he said he was going to do. I text him and asked how would he feel if someone did this to him or his mother and no response. And I see how Cam likes to respond to these negative posts, so Cam if you see this, before you respond.. two things... first perhaps reflect if all these people who do not know you or each other are saying the same thing about you and resorting to the same methods to solve the issues that are occurring maybe just maybe it's you! You are the common factor literally no one is out to get you. Second if you do respond, respond with the address of my belongings that you still currently have. Thanks

    DONT DO IT! If I could leave zero stars I would. Booking was pleasant and easy but when it came down for work to be done they NEVER SHOWED UP. I called, texted, left voicemails... no response . The day of my move (3/9/26. A day and time THEY agreed to) they let me know there would be a delay due to issues with the customer before me. When I asked what the updated eta was no one responded. Thankfully my apartment allowed me to stay another night while I sort things out. At around 8pm (7 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment) I finally get a text back saying they're going to refund me my deposit AND still continue with my move (attached). They asked me when they could come I said 3/10/2026 at 3pm and they agreed. (Attached) At 1pm on 3/10/2026 I messaged to confirm my appointment. I got a quick response regarding issuing refund. After discussing my refund I asked again if they were still going to do my move and I was told they would have to call the boss because no one told them about a 3pm move only that they needed to contact me about it a refund. To this day (3/17/2026) I still have not received a text or call back. LONG STORY SHORY: They never showed up (TWICE) and I had to move everything myself.

    horrible communication and fraudulent activity. i paid my deposit and stopped getting replies (proof as well). More and more people keep writing about the same experience, aint just a coincidence!!!
