This process server was completely unprofessional. Over the course of six days, they repeatedly came to my home, beat on my door, peered through windows, and continued returning despite receiving no response. Every visit was captured on Ring cameras while our family was out of the country. The aggressive pounding on the door was enough to scare our house and dog sitter, who was staying at the home while we were away. They used deceptive tactics in an attempt to get a response regarding court paperwork connected to a case that has absolutely nothing to do with us. They repeatedly showed up at our property at all hours of the day (830-9pm--unacceptable!) and engaged in behavior that was more like stalking and harassment than professional process serving. I have video evidence of the repeated visits, aggressive knocking, wild rhetoric, and attempts to peer into my home. If this is how this company conducts business, people should be aware before hiring them. Should this happen again, we will contact law enforcement and provide the footage for harassment concerns. I used their mobile notary service to go to a client twice. They missed a document both times. The first time they contacted the client to go back the same day without asking me. I only used them a second time because it was short notice and their availability worked for the client's needs. The second time was a Saturday and I did not know the document was missed until I received the UPS envelope on Monday. I called Brian and he seemed confused going through his e-mails trying to figure out which document was notarized and which one wasn't. I'm not sure if he was playing dumb, if it was his fault or the employee he sent. I had to be short and end the call by telling him I wouldn't be using his company again. On Time Couriers is overpriced. Their pricing might even be illegal. The first time cost $151.80 and the second time cost $193.05. A weekend surcharge is ridiculous when the job didn't get done right. I got a quote from another notary to go back to my client for the missed document and it was only $41.00.
