WOW. I never even had a number to reach her directly on, only her office which was not effective in cases of emergency. My family law matter was not of great importance to her and by the time I realized her irresponsibility and lack of concern, I could have very well lost the very outcome I sought regarding conservatorship over my children. Upon hiring another, very competent, responsive, honest & NOT LAZY attorney (Ali Crocker), I saw what a difference it made to have a proactive planner on my side. Upon research, I also found that many Tarrant county family law attorneys aren't even familiar with her. I used this law firm to update my estate planning documents. I paid $150 for the first meeting and…read more$750 dollars for 50% of the cost of the new documents. I personally noted changes that needed to be made. I was told it would take a few weeks to update the documents. After a couple of months I received a draft of the documents. The documents had so many errors, including changes that completely changed the fundamental structure of the will and trust agreement. I finally terminated any further contact with the firm. When we went to retrieve our documents, we were told Lance Mitchell was leaving the firm the next day!
