When I used the tape gun to tape a box, the guy asked me who is going to pay for the tape. When I asked him to how much is to used the tape and tape gun, he pointed the new tape to purchase. I picked up the boxes and left the store to go to any other store. It not that I couldn't afford it, it's just the cold poor attitude towards customers service. Not being racist, but the Asian guys at the register needs to take Customer Service 101 course. I will never return to this store again. The other UPS store little south of this store has good service, I never experienced any issue there. Edited Review: the response by the store is not accurate. I brought 6 boxes in total and only two of them were open and I had 4 shipping labels. To give context to the review. These were window blinds that Home Depot provide the return label for inaccurate size. There were two blinds that were only 11" wide and when I received them they were bundled together and same with 23" blinds - others were larger and had independent labels. Home Depot shipped it that way and expected it return the same way. The guy never cared to actually walk around the counter to look, but started passing comments behind the counter which was not helpful. Even after I explained him the situation and how I received it and I am not sure what the UPS and Home Depot contract is and I am just here to ship the way as I received, the guys started questioning me. I am like, "I don't know." What do you expect? Call and negotiate the UPS and Home Depot corporate contract? This store does have very poor service and never been helpful. When I went to other UPS store they first greeted me, held the door so I can bring all the packages, helped me with the shipping/packages and when I spoke to them about what I experienced at this store they just laughed and told me they would never do and I am always welcome at their store. I understand that I should have brought the box taped (which I offered to pay, not for a full new tape roll), but I am talking about customer service and the manner it was dealt with. The guys had full opportunity to better explain and help me understand, but he chose to offer poor service and was very condescending - this is the choice he made. I have experienced this in the past and so did my family and community members. Like I mentioned before, the store needs customer service and verbal/non-verbal communication skills. It is fair to say that, my family and I won't be returning there. I have never experienced this at any FedEx, UPS, DHL or even USPS locations. World Class Service comment is a joke. Also, in the response it was mentioned that they print the label free, but the other review mentioned that he was charged for label printing. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this hit me as this happened on Veterans Day and when I picked up the boxes and left, it did cross my mind that there are people who sacrifice everything and then there are these people who cannot even be nice. I was there and you and you other coworker didn't help me in any way possible. Just made smart comments from behind the counter. If this considered world class service by you, then this store is hopeless. You are averaging 3 out of 5 stars. If you listen to customers and implement some change then maybe you will be on track to becoming better.

    I had a very expensive shipment of wine coming from my favorite Italian vineyard - shipping from…read moretheir Chicago center. It was to be delivered on Sunday 8-31-25. I was home all day working on projects. Around 12pm - I got a text that they had attempted to delivery but no one way home. They left a doortag on my gate (I live in a Condo complex) - I called customer service, they said that it would be delivered on Tuesday (Monday being Labor day) 9-2-25. I said that wasn't the point - I wanted to ensure the driver read the delivery instructions that are on my FedEx account, which included the gate code. 9-2-25 - same driver, same result. I called again, I was ASSURED it would be handled. 9-3-25 - same driver, same result. I called again - I got a 'supervisor' who asked if I wanted them to have it taken to a FedEx facility near me - I said at this point, at least I would have it! They came back on and said there were no facilities near me. I live in Dallas, in the heart of the city - there are at least 5 facilities within 2 blocks of my home. She asked me for the address - to THEIR facility!! I looked it up online and gave her one. She gave me a confirmation number and said it would be done. 9-4-25 - same driver, got a text saying it was being delivered. I went to the gate and met the driver who was delivering a package for another resident, and had the code. I asked him if he had my package, he said it wasn't on his truck, but he would bring tomorrow. I called again. Got a different 'supervisor' who opened a support ticket. Said he would call me - no one did. 9-5-25 - nothing updated on my support ticket, but I got a notice that the driver needed more information. I AGAIN called and got another 'supervisor' who stated that they couldn't deliver after 3 attempts so now I have to drive 25 minutes to their delivery facility and pick it up myself!!! WORST delivery service EVER!!

    I ordered wine from "Splash Wines". It was shipped by FedEx; I was given NO notice that it was…read morescheduled for delivery on 9/19, consequently, no one was home to 'sign' for the delivery, so it was put back on the truck. There was NO notice of attempted delivery by edEX. I received an email stating, "delivery will be made on 9/20, by the end of business day". I canceled many appointments, in order to remain at home to accept delivery; by 10 P.M. i decided, they weren't going to make the delivery. This morning, at 7:30 a.m. I received an email that said, "Sorry, we ran into some difficulties yesterday, delaying your delivery to 9/21. Delivery is scheduled between 9:50 a.m. and 12:50 P.M." It is now 1 P.M. om Saturday 9/21...STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest, DO NOT USE FedEX, EVER! Place your deliveries in the capable hands of United Parcel Service!
