I hate leaving reviews like this. I'll bullet point the details. I want this to be thorough and forthright not mean, rude or bashing the company. I believe all of these things can be learned from and growth can happen. -Appt got moved multiple times - I was very clear about having a deep clean done from top to bottom as we are having pictures taken of the house. -cleaners finally showed up to do a deep clean at 4 pm (originally set at 9 am and they asked to move it to 1:30 and I said no problem) house before mine apparently was dirtier than was explained. - they were at my house until 9:30 pm and had to come back the next morning to finish because they didn't have the right tools to reach my chandeliers/light fixtures - when they did get to working on foyer light fixtures they realized they had broken equipment and the step stool wasn't tall enough I had to go get my adjustable ladder for them - by the time they got to my kitchen and kitchen floors they wanted to be gone they didn't mop or clean baseboards. They sprayed something on the floor and wiped it with a large swifter looking device -once they're gone I realize how much they missed baseboards, dusting blinds, moving small things to get the dust that's behind it, fireplace mantle not wiped down etc I did speak to who I believe is the owner and he essentially comped a free hour. That was nice but after we discussed this and I paid is when I noticed all the missed places. I did text him to let him know and he offered to send someone out to clean the one place I had found so far. I had already cleaned it but just wanted him to know so the girls that cleaned can learn from it. My worry when they were running so late was that they would rush through our house. While they didn't rush I could see they were tired and not as thorough as needed or expected for the amount paid and for what top to bottom cleaning means. Plus there was about an hour of downtime total as they were trying to figure out how to clean areas that they didn't have the tools for. All of this could have been avoided if proper questions had been asked of me and what seems of the guys house prior to mine. Here's the good: our house smelled nice. The glass shower doors are spotless. The ladies themselves were nice though one did not speak English which meant the daughter had to stop every time to translate (lost time) The owner did comp that hour time. Overall I give it a 3/5. It was a nice start to a clean house I just had to finish the cleaning myself because we were on a time crunch and didn't have time to wait to get someone else here. Zavieus and his cleaning crew did an amazing job at that customer's house and so I decided to use him to clean my next residential construction project...amazing!! I have now added them as a standard part of all of my remodels, when I am able. He is the friendliest guy you will ever meet, and his company is extremely professional. It's hard to know who you can trust in your home and if you are paying for a cleaning service, you want the job done right! We have never had any issues with Sparkle. They provide exceptional customer service, are timely and professional, always clean our home well, and they offer a variety of cleaning options with affordable pricing. We have found that other companies charge more and offer less overall or may be a little cheaper but the cleaning is not worth paying for. We will continue to use Sparkle and refer all of our family and friends to them. read more

I stumbled across this cleaning service via groupon for a move-out cleaning service and much to my pleasant surprise Zavieus and CO. did an amazing job! I was only jealous that I hadn't found them sooner. They have cleaned my new condo several times and not only are they thorough but efficient and timely. You can pay for your services via PayPal, too. SCS is professional and most importantly my house was super clean. I highly recommend them! read more

Great service! I found Sparkle through Groupon to clean a house we were moving out of but they did such a good job I hired them to clean my new house every other week. I love coming home after they've been here because the counters are straightened up, the house is clean and it smells good! I started with just basic service but quickly upgraded because of the quality of their work. Couldn't ask for better! read more

It's hard to find a spot, crack or crevice that these folks overlooked. Not sure how the owner found these workers but they get right to it and seem to enjoy what they are doing. They seem to have a goal to make things as clean as they possibly can. We've had close to a dozen other companies in our home in years past. We have no need to keep searching. They do a great job every time they are here clean better than expected. This is the company we use to clean our 5,000 square foot home. And I really don't want them to know, but their prices are nearly half of what other companies charge who just come for an appearance. I started using Sparkle the Cleaning Service in November 2014. They did an original deep clean on the first visit and my house was so amazingly clean - it literally did SPARKLE! I've had them come in every other week and every time, it's so well done that it takes a huge load off of me! Sparkle Cleaning Service is lying about their discount offered in Groupon. I saw a Groupon offer for a 55% reduction for three(3) hours of cleaning services from Sparkle The Cleaning Service. They stated, on Groupon, that the value of their coupon was $184 off of their usual price of $334. I looked on their site and found that three hours of cleaning was priced at $165. I called the business' site and spoke to a man named Zavieus, who stated that the price on the Groupon represented an actual discount of $15 off the usual charge for that three (3) hour cleaning. I explained to him that it seemed deceptive to offer 3hrs of cleaning at 55% off and then list a price that was normally available on Sparkle's site. He seemed to think that this tactic, that he agreed was a "bait and switch" , as acceptable, and, I would receive no satisfaction from notifying anyone of this blatantly false advertising on the Groupon site. So here it is. I would recommend looking carefully into any business, such as Sparkle The Cleaning Service, that claims a 55% discount on Groupon while offering almost no actual discount. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the service that was provided to my home. I have a hard time getting around and needed a deep clean in my home, and Sparkle The Cleaning Service came in and delivered a great service, as well as; offered a carpet cleaning. Although, I didn't have enough for carpet cleaning this time, I will definitely give it a try next time and will recommend this service to anyone that needs a great cleaning service.
