When Jason showed up, I told him to inspect the rooms for which we wanted to have clean up done. 1: He asked that if we have pet. As we have, we confirmed the same. 2: Then he told, that we will have pay $ 279 for the pet stain removal which were at three places or else he will not honor the coupon. We told him that we were not aware that this would charge more and he always mentions about his so called expertise after 35 years business, he should have asked us when we book the service about the pet or should have been clearly mentioned on group on which is not. 3: Once agreed, He started cleaning. 4: Once the cleaning was done, we wanted to inspect the rooms. At this moment, he started behaving rudely and told carpet is wait and we should not go to inspect. As customer, how can we pay without inspecting final outcome. Still we thought that we will inspect later. However, as we checked master bedroom from outside , we noticed that there are black stains. When we told him, he assured that it was shadow. And told very rudely that it is white carpet and we should not have installed white carpet. This is not the way to behave with customer. We can install any colored carpet and the same was cleaned 7 months back where it became as new as it is. Then we messaged him to let him know that, we are not satisfied with his work. He called us back and started yelling at us that being 35 years in business he deserves only compliment. Sorry, You are not going get any compliments if the work is not done properly. We shared the pictures of his work done, and then he told those are permanent stains and we paid for pet stain removal not for the carpet stain removal. This was not told before hand by him. He only told about pet stains. In reality that is just dirt from foot which accumulates due to frequent traffic. If you cannot remove that with all your so called expertise, you are just scamming people. He was being very rude on the phone and started bragging that being 35 years in business he knows how the work is to be done Sorry you do not know anything. So basically, he had just washed up the carpet, drained it with lot of moisture remaining. In nut shell, he is scam. No professionalism. Not his website has prices mentioned. We could do better cleaning with renting machine from Kroger/ Market Place. Carpet looks same as it was before the cleaning. Pet stains are still there.
