No big deal, right? Surely GAC would be happy to come put it back on since I had paid him $85 to do nothing on Saturday, right? NO! I was blamed for not telling him I had a home warranty, WHICH I DID! He even WROTE IT ON THE INVOICE!!!!! I was obviously upset and taken by surprise to hear this, so I told him he 'wrote it on the f'g invoice' and this grown man said I cursed him out and he'd rather rip up my check than help me. Thanks to this no good jerk my HW was void, and my family...including a 2 year old...is once again without air. Oh, did I mention that when the HW tech came he said it was an EASY FIX that his 13 year old son could repair?! And GAC quoted me $800 for a new computer. Thanks for nothing!

The quality of work was mid to poor and ultimately I ended up with a 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath house where I once had a 3/2 bath house (granted the 2nd bath was 70's vintage.) Now, without tearing out seriously expensive tile I won't have a shower or bath in that second bath. I guess I learned an expensive lesson. A lesson that I won't overcome in my lifetime.
