The people before us had not completed many of the spring cleaning type of activities plus we did some remodeling, so need less to say we knew it wasn't going to be a normal cleaning. I told them over the phone the situation and the said that will be fine but it will be extra $25. When the cleaning crew(2 of them didn't speak a word of English) showed up I walked them through the house pointing out each and every area I wanted cleaned. Once we reviewed the house they asked for $150 more than what I was quoted on the phone. I called the company and they said the charge would be $250 based on my specifications. I had to leave to work while my mother came to watch over. When my mother would point out items that were not cleaned properly the lady would talk back and told her to do it herself. Once I came back from work and saw what was completed I called the company immediately complained. Jessica picked up the phone and told me to send pictures of what was not cleaned. Said she will try her best to work something out. Next day I called back and she said I would have to wait for the "owner" to come back to Dallas as she is currently overseas she said she will check the availability of one of the other cleaning crews. A day later I called back and then the tone changed saying the pictures I sent don't show any dirt which they clearly do. I mentioned over the phone that the areas I was showing were not even touched at all (inside kitchen cabinets, tub, shower, above the kitchen cabinet, blinds and etc...).. Then I was told these areas are not on the list, to witch I stated I know that's why I paid $100 more to ensure these items are taken care of. Make a longer story shorter they would not respond and asked me to stop calling. All I wanted was for a crew to come out and clean what I paid for. I wasn't even seeking.a refund just wanted the job I paid for to be completed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Came back to clean it free of charge as soon as I told them it had been missed. (Bathroom is located in a weird spot and door was closed) Love the customer service and how easy it is to schedule. We had the same brand and model mop. Mine was brand new and had not yet been used. When I went to put mine away, that's when I discovered the mop head was missing and the handle was all beat up, meaning they used my new mop and left me their old one. I can always replace it. I was just bother by the mixup. Overall I would recommend them to others.

Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

I did communicate with Mira and her supervisor about Taylor's efficiency in the meantime but she's still been working really slow, which made Mira and Jasmine to do most of the work. Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn't clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. I also tried to talk to their supervisor when I see the alcohol spill but haven't heard from them. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it's not worth $380. *Updates: Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide "video footage" to show that their maid spill the alcohol. That was TOTALLY insane. I've also enclosed the message below. They keep saying I have feaces but it's just some dog pees near my dog's cage. Clearly, My dog was a bit too "excited" to see the maids. My apartment was 720 sq ft, had one bedroom and was completely vacant at the time of clean. I never met the cleaner because I was at work, however, my apartment was left clean and secure. Everything turned out beautifully. There were a few small spots left ignored, but the carpet was deodorized and cleaned, my sinks were sparkling, my tub and shower were clean, and my stove looked almost immaculate. The inside of my fridge was clean too. They sent me pictures of my cleaning, and I was pleased. I nearly shed a tear because it looked so damn good. ======== WHY NOT 5 STARS? ========= Move-out cleans, as an industry standard, don't seem to include ovens, cabinets, or freezers. Nearly every place I received a quote from wanted an extra $20 - $50 for the oven, as well as additional prices for other extras. I paid extra for the stove to be cleaned out - it was an a la carte, but apparently I did not look at the detailed cleaning list to see whether shelves in the cabinets or freezers were included. They weren't so it was at the time of payment processing (Square) that I discovered what wasn't cleaned. Due to this, I was a little less enthused. However, I will admit that the cleaning lady/admin reached out to me to explain this information was on the website, and that some of their standards of what was included was based on industry norm. I don't have time to double check, so I accepted it as - is, and turned my apartment in. Let me BE SURE to tell you THEY OFFERED TO COME BACK and clean or remedy anything I wasn't satisfied with. They are willing to communicate with you and make sure you get what you've wanted. I didn't call them back because my complex was pleased with the job they did, and informed me that I had a zero balance for apartment damages or issues that needed to be fixed/cleaned. ... So heh, maybe they were right and the little things I worried about actually were insignificant? I would likely work with them again. Whichever of the three ladies that cleaned my kitchen TRASHED my cooktop and double sinks by using a scrubber that left both items completely scratched. I don't even use one of those sinks. It's my drying sink. Deep scratches everywhere. I'm just glad she didn't bother to clean the the fridge doors, dishwasher and microwave. Thank god! She would have killed those too!
