GREAT service at a great price! I couldn't be happier. We needed to have a professional cleaning service clean the house we were renting before we could hand over keys. These guys got us in on Easter weekend and they did a phenomenal job. The house was empty, but it had been empty a couple months so it was dusty and grimy and the floors needed vacuuming and mopping and it was ALL done perfectly. Even the blinds and closets and everything. All for around $250 (we tipped extra though...you should always think about tipping!) If I'm ever in the area renting again I would def here these guys...heck I'd hire them to come once a month to clean for me! read more

Totally unprofessional! I was also scheduled for a cleaning last week. They did not contact me to let me know they were not doing residential cleaning. I sent several texts and no response. They have total left me hanging and it wasn't the first time. They should have at least had the courtesy to contact their clients or even offer a referral to another service. read more

I've texted the number we usually communicate with three times. Nothing. No communication whatsoever. What in the world? In the beginning, this company was great. It appears now they're advertising as a commercial cleaning business only, but we used them to clean our house. We first scheduled a deep cleaning on our home, and that went wonderfully. Everything was to our liking, and the price couldn't be beat. We hired them for a monthly cleaning beginning in June of last year. It was off and on in the beginning that we would come home on the day of our scheduled cleaning to no cleaners, we would email, and the business was quick to reschedule. They also worked around our schedule when a reschedule was needed on our end. Unfortunately, in the last 3-4 months things started really going downhill. There were multiple days the crew didn't show up, and we weren't alerted until I contacted the business. There were at least 2 months where the rescheduled cleaning also didn't occur so it required a reschedule a 3rd time. The last and final time this happened, it was explained that one of the cleaning crew would be reducing their hours (for a very legitimate reason), and so our cleaning would need to be rescheduled for a 3rd time. The owner explained he had no plans to add additional workers to help cover for this situation...and that was the nail in the coffin. I tried to be understanding and patient, and the owner even said as such when reaching out to me regarding the lack of customer service. However, talk and action are two separate things, and while I can empathize with the situation, at the end of the day, I was paying this company for a service that was often delayed without any warning. I know you're probably thinking, oh, you had to reschedule, what's the big deal? Well, with a toddler and dog, we picked up the entire house each night before our scheduled cleaning to get the best possible clean and make it as easy as possible for the cleaners to get to where they needed. That's a lot of work to do 1 night, let alone 2 or more in a row. Overall, in the beginning, I would have highly recommended this company to anyone; however, after recent dealings and the ongoing missed cleanings and failure to communicate, I can no longer recommend this business. read more

Super Lemon was recommended to me by a co worker that was pleased with them, so of course I went to check reviews as well. I had Michelle and Matt arrive at my home today for my first cleaning after seeing the good reviews and getting such a good report from my co worker. I could not be more pleased! Scheduling was a breeze, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time and got busy right away. My husband and I work long hours, and while I keep my home neat, it's hard to find time to really deep clean. They did not miss one corner or baseboard. Their attention to detail was remarkable! From dusting all the blinds on my many windows to polishing the refrigerator, they didn't miss a thing! My house sparkles! I'm ready to entertain for the holidays thanks to this dynamic duo! I appreciate that when I schedule my next appointment with them (and I will) it will be the same terrific team each time. Don't hesitate scheduling with them. You'll be so glad you did. Ohhhhh noooooooooo! All of these reviews and the exact thing is happening with us. They have been so awesome for over a year then a few months ago excuses after excuses started. First one being that Jason, our acct manager was fired. We have been consistent every other Wed for over a year and this is the 3rd no show today. No responses from texts which used to be extremely prompt and nobody will answer the phone. We have house guests this weekend and next. I have a text last week confirming today and the 27th but still nothing. It's very frustrating when we are clearing everything from our countertops and showers to prep for them and they consistently are not showing up now. And also working around naptime. And I really like the people that clean our house, too. I'm so bummed. read more

I have enjoyed doing business with Super Lemon Maid Service for the last 6 months. (although I preferred their previous name "Dancing Lemon") They will clean your home with their products or yours depending on if you leave them out. I've met the owner coupe of times and he has always been really nice to talk to. And their booking person, Brandy, is really great at accommodating my requests as they change. What I'm happiest about is their attention to detail in cleaning at a fraction of what I was paying someone before. I liked my previous service ok, but she broke something every time she came over. There is nothing worse in my opinion then coming home with your kid to a broken Lego set pushed into the corner of his room. read more

I started using Super Lemon Maid Service back in November 2016. After trying several different cleaning services, I have been very pleased with Super Lemon Maids and highly recommend them. They always show up on time, they wear protective covers over their shoes before entering my home, use good products for cleaning (i.e. Bona for wood floors, Zep for countertops, etc.), the same two crew show up each time, and their prices are very reasonable. As I said, after trying several cleaning services who were disappointing, Super Lemon Maids have been consistently good and I will continue to use them! read more

I hired this company based off of Yelp reviews, so I thought it was important to write my experience with them. They are SUPER nice. If you want a good surface level cleaning with some really nice people, this is the company for you. They advertise that they clean all of the blinds and door frames and ceiling fans, which I think they do to the best of their ability - however, they legally cannot use a ladder. SO, if you have some exceptionally tall ceilings (I do), or if you have bookshelves that have things on them that are high (I have a ledge shelf with trophies at the top of our playroom), those will get skipped. Overall, with what they did do, they did a decent job, but I wanted it to feel relatively deep cleaned every 2 weeks and this was not the place to go for that. Also, they changed their policy to only clean 3700 square feet or less, so keep that in mind before calling. Lastly, they only cleaned twice for me (the flu hit them hard and then their families got hit, so I had to wait 6 weeks instead of 2, which I understood, but then they changed their policy and my house is 4000 square feet, so regardless of how I felt, they were done cleaning anyways), but both times I received emails 1-3 minutes before they were supposed to be here letting me know they were running late. I had them come at 830 and had appointments starting at 9, so that was a big deal for me. One final thing to note - while they do use decent cleaning products in general, they will not use specific ones you would like them to use if you have something you'd prefer. They only use their products. I wanted the mold and mildew cleaner used on my shower, and while their product does contain bleach, it's just not the same. So overall, they were super super friendly, but nice does not clean my house to the caliber I would like it done. read more

It was easy to schedule and very quick response time via email if I need to make changes in my scheduled day / time.
