They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. I paid the deposit and the rest of the bill out of good faith thinking this company would do a professional job like they were hired to do. If you don't know, a move out clean means that you have MOVED OUT of the home, and needing it to be cleaned before turning your keys in. I live an hour away from this home and returned last night to take pictures to make sure everything was taken care of. I walked into a DISASTER! The only thing that was cleaned was the oven and the microwave. No one swept, no one mopped, my baseboards were not cleaned, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, mirrors were not cleaned, appliances were not wiped down, and my fans were not cleaned. I messaged Joseph the owner and the response I got was we can't help you because it's been more than 24 hours and that someone "walked on the floors after cleaning". You can clearly see that they didn't clean considering I had kibble on the floor from when we moved the furniture, there is dirt and laundry beads on the floor in the laundry room. They were the only company I had called out due to cleaning being the last thing that needs to be done in the apartment. They will not return my calls, will not respond to my messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The only thing they are professionals at is being thieves. They have stolen my money and don't have any plan on fixing the job they did NOT COMPLETE! If the owner would like to contact me to do a walk through of the apartment that they supposedly "cleaned" I'd love to. The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn't clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it's not worth $380. *Updates: Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide "video footage" to show that their maid spill the alcohol. Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up).
