I had to leave to work while my mother came to watch over. When my mother would point out items that were not cleaned properly the lady would talk back and told her to do it herself. Said she will try her best to work something out. Next day I called back and she said I would have to wait for the "owner" to come back to Dallas as she is currently overseas she said she will check the availability of one of the other cleaning crews. A day later I called back and then the tone changed saying the pictures I sent don't show any dirt which they clearly do. I mentioned over the phone that the areas I was showing were not even touched at all (inside kitchen cabinets, tub, shower, above the kitchen cabinet, blinds and etc...).. Then I was told these areas are not on the list, to witch I stated I know that's why I paid $100 more to ensure these items are taken care of. Make a longer story shorter they would not respond and asked me to stop calling. All I wanted was for a crew to come out and clean what I paid for. Cons: I requested two people and only had one person show up just to spend 7hrs and have half a house cleaned. My living room and my son's room did not get cleaned. The 7hrs did not even include carpet vacuuming or washing kitchen accessories which my previous cleaner did. Not happy!
