To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

They were incredibly flexible and even though they were swamped they offered to squeeze us in at a time that was convenient to us. They even offered to work on Easter!! We agreed and, a day later, I got a call from Aubrey letting us know Sunday looked to have a lot of rain and offered to make time for us on Saturday so they could get the best results for us - amazing!!
