Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. We decided to go with 1 company so that we could all benefit from working with the same team. Between the 3 of us we got about 6-7 estimates. Brownlee Roofing & Gutters completed our estimate remotely with a satellite imaging software and had my estimate to me same day! Best part about it is that I didn't have to set appointments and meet roofers at my house to get the estimate. All the other companies want to set an appointment so they can walk around on your roof with a measuring tape and chalk and then try to hard sell you on the spot. Not Brownlee Roofing & Gutters. At first I was apprehensive about the accuracy of an estimate given based on web satellite images, but Brownlee Roofing & Gutters just completed my roof in a single 10 hour period from start to finish, installed roof vents, and did the entire job for the exact penny they quoted.
