Even then, when you're allowing someone into your home to make an improvement such as hardwood floors, it's scary. Brian continued to reassure us, but it wasn't until the job was finished, completely finished, that I was at ease and so happy with the way the floors turned out. I have included pictures of our floors. It was a little over 1000 ft.² including our living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and bathroom. Was every single thing perfect? Not at all. There were little tiny issues here and there, but overall the floors are gorgeous. One of the issues, was me. I'm picky. I know that I'm picky, and I told them that I'm picky from the beginning. They worked with that. I appreciate the time that they took to be sure that I was happy with the end result. We have solid hardwood floors. The kind that are three quarters of an inch thick. It it was a pretty big job, demolishing the previous tile and installing the new floors, plus re-sanding and staining the existing floors. Everything matched beautifully throughout the entire downstairs. I couldn't be more happy!

He provided me with a no-BS quote, hidden costs, told me exactly what to buy and it was incredibly reasonable pricing. Folks in the area quoted me DOUBLE what he charged, including big stores nearby. On installation day(s), Juvy and his team arrived early and got to work immediately. Work ethic was incredible. Team was super nice too. When they were done, they completely transformed the house. I got quotes from several companies who came out and looked at the floor, but only Casey recognized what caused the problem. He recommended we get the foundation inspected and corrected before proceeding. If we'd gone ahead with refinishing the floors before the foundation work, the humidity damage likely would have reoccurred.
