About 3 weeks later, all of the issues started coming to light. We called about the post-completion issues, and were told to "call licensed professionals about it." A gap in the Flooring in front of the toilet, the base board cut too long and the bathroom vanity does not butt against the wall, and a mark (maybe a scratch) where the fridge was moved where putting things back together. I promptly paid and Shawn, the Frisco store manager, continues to promise to come by and make these few quick fixes but never follows through. I've emailed the owner, Sharif Asad, and got no response. What's more frustrating is the fact that I got their information from the KRLD Consumer Team. I have even reached out to them to no avail. The Flooring was installed in my mom's house, after she was taken advantage of by another contractor who took ALL her money and did only half the work. I paid to have the flooring redone since the loose laminate flooring was unsafe for my 76 year old mother.
