You are either over-estimating your business acumen or under-estimating my IQ and background, or both. If these 90-degree lips have been causing such known problems for the longest time, you as a professional should have invested effort to find solutions instead of defending status quo after-the-fact. Technically these lips can crack upon the very first usage when a tire passes over after the poly has cured in say a week or two. And when that happens how are you going to respond to your customers' complaints? A few of your competitions in DFW have long recognized this problem, and have invested in additional man-hours and equipment to grind the lips to reveal a radius to make the cracking a LOT less likely to occur. I hope you'd at least appreciate that I actually paid real money for your service, and have been graceful enough not to pester you with requests to fix the crack as soon as Jennifer turned down the one request over text. Original review: Had them do a poly coat on a new build 2 years ago. Price was high, but was in a hurry and what did I know reading reviews online written by folks with wide spectrum of expectations. Few months later started noticing the coating cracked and flaked at the lip of the entrance. Few months ago finally tried to get in touch with them for warranty work, since if I was not mistaken there should have been some sort of lifetime warranty. Texted the number and it turned out to be the personal number of the lady. She was on a personal trip and the response time was unprofessionally slow. Described the situation over text, and the response was no warranty due to normal wear and tear. Guess what, a normal residential garage typically has cars going in and out multiple times a day, so according to their definition, there is essentially no warranty whatsoever since the entire garage would have some level of foot and car traffic daily. Very disappointed. Take your time and shop around.

Fast Flooring started on a Monday morning and removed the old hardwood, patched sections of the subfloor, added new paper, new plywood, a vapor barrier and the LVP flooring all by Friday afternoon. They provided pictures and updates throughout the process so I could stay up to date with their progress and ultimately, I feel that they did a high quality job.

In terms of securing a contractor and as a standard of practice, I would never suggest just getting one quote, but in this rare case I can state unequivocally a person can exclusively select Texas Best Flooring Company and not have to look elsewhere. This company and our experience is the exception and not the rule. Keep in mind, there is a great deal that goes into installing a floor. It encompasses many steps to do it correctly and it is a trade that requires precision. When we purchased our house in 2016 it had been a remodel with one of the rooms having hardwood floors that were not sealed and secured properly. Consequently, there were issues with moisture that exacerbated the original installation. Something a buyer could not detect initially. Fast forward to March 2026 and we interviewed two contractors who claimed from their website they had years of experience installing floors. I am sure those contractors had years of experience installing floors *incorrectly.* With Texas Best Flooring, David using specific instruments for moisture detection and moisture movement was able to analyize the data and then ascertain the root cause issues along with the subsequent impacts to the previous floor. I was blessed with another pleasant exceptional customer service experience from start to finish . I was looking at the Today show on June 5, 2024 . I don't watch a lot of television. A commercial came on for a different flooring company then a light bulb turned on . In that moment I remembered I hadn't replaced the flooring in my kitchen , pantry and laundry rooms. I made a call spoke initially with Joycelyn who answered my call. She found my info in their computer system from 5 years ago . She found an appointment the next day with a window of arrival 0900 - 11:00 am. They aim to arrive at the earlier time of the appointment. My service advisor was scheduled the next day , June 6, 2024 . Later, that day before my appointment , I received a text with a picture of the advisor Fabien D. with his contact number . Fabien was running ‍ late for our 9 am appointment the next day he left a vm . I missed his call by 2 mins but called him back. I wasn't upset but relieved to receive the voice message. We had good conversation when he arrived at my home . Fabien , was attentive and listened well. Fast forward to today . My installer Florencio A. actually arrived earlier than 0900. Again no complaints I rather a early arrival than a late one . . I gave Florencio a tour of the three spaces kitchen , pantry & laundry rooms that he would be working on . He caught me off guard as I was trying to move the last few things that needed to be moved . I am a disabled Navy veteran. Florencio was cool , calm and collect . He didn't gripe at all . FLOORING DIRECT - The floor installer Joe took shortcuts and it's a rushed job. It's supposed to be…read morea two-day project, but they rushed through this job within one day. Poor and incomplete workmanship in terms of removing and reattaching my baseboards. I instructed Joe to just leave the baseboards alone and keep in place after he removed some of them and claimed that they were damaged. So, then they tried to sell me on getting new baseboards for the whole house but I rejected their suggestion. However, Joe didn't care about what I wanted, and they still went ahead and removed then lowered my baseboards after installing the new LVP flooring on the first floor of my house. They left these long, unpainted, exposed, and ugly drywall gaps. They also damaged some of my baseboards and like I said, left behind these long wall gaps in several places. Joe didn't even bother to inform me about the difference in baseboards' heights after reattaching them to my walls. I had to find out about this myself after the floor installer had already "finished" and left. After I texted her my concerns and my complaint, the sales lady Kathy just kept telling me that it's "normal" to have these long exposed wall gaps. She even suggested that my newly hired painter could just paint right over the rough and uneven gap ridges, without incurring additional expenses on my end. Oh really. I'd sure love to find out how much my new paint contractor would charge me just to repair these wall gaps!! Hire this flooring contractor at your own risks.

Currently remodeling a house in Aledo TX before moving in and one of the first things that we were…read morelooking to do was to get the 3-car garage floor sealed with the current application process that gave the best overall protection and highest quality. I researched companies in the DFW area for the best one to diamond grind and patch the floor and then apply Epoxy and a Polyaspartic final coating. Having done this before I'm always skeptical regarding 24 hr one day and done approaches. You need to let the full process take place. I started with probably 10-12 companies and cut it to 3. NU Garage and Epoxy was the clear leader. The overall garage floor was in very good shape, but there was a foot and a half crack on foot wide strip just in front of the main garage floor. I thought they would just patch it, but no, they popped out the whole piece and reconstructed it good as new (possibly better). See photo of the front left. They also found a long cracked piece at the center back of the garage next to the wall and did the same thing. We then had 7" of rain in 48 hours, and 3" more in the next 3 days. While others sometimes close the door and go ahead and do it, they waited and completed it in two days (Epoxy one day and Polyaspaspartic the next). incredibly smooth and shiny. See pictures and how they matched the walls with a flake. We gave it a couple of days before driving on it. It is awesome! Couldn't be happier. It is great working with people who want the best and deliver the best. Great quality and great value. Nick and his crew were awesome and kept me informed every step of the way. Luis came by a few days later to verify the measurements & remove the existing drawer "faces". He then built the new drawers & spray painted them with several coats of customer supplied paint. On installation day, Luis & his helper showed up on time and made "short work" of installing the drawers, hardware & reattaching the "faces".
