This was a bad experience from the get go. The sales guy lied about everything from the financing and payments to the amount of time that would pass before the job was started. I discussed the job starting date with the owner Kevin. I was told 8 weeks, and it ended up being 12 weeks before they started. The result of the first bathroom is very poor. the shower pan is so small it leaves a huge gap between the shower and toilet where there was almost no gap with the previous shower. The plate behind the shower water handle is reversed. When it points to hot I get cold water. When it points to cold I get hot water. The 2nd bathroom remodel they tore up the concrete floor. Then they stopped work because the shower pan for that shower was cracked. The whole corner was broken off. So now after waiting 12 weeks I have to wait for a replacement shower pan. The installer was Vince and I don't blame any of the issues on him, he did an outstanding job installing the shower. Cosmetically the shower looks nice. The installer was a nice guy and he did go above and beyond to make sure it looked nice. I don't blame the installer. I blame the sales guy for measuring it wrong, and for spewing BS the whole time he was giving me the quote. Plus the shower head is trash and I was probably charged $60 for it. This is a long story, but I wanted to give a clear picture of the poor installation quality and poor longevity of our Re-Bath shower: In 2016, the previous owners of our home had remodeled the master bathroom shower with plastic panels that looked like white tile (We didn't know it was Re-Bath until later). The remodel included replacing the shower floor with a white plastic floor, too. We purchased the home almost 3 years ago, and immediately noticed that the shower floor didn't feel right - it had no support near the drain, so the floor flexed a lot when you stepped near that area. Based on the appearance, I figured some unlicensed Florida "handyman" did a lousy job and we would have to replace this if it failed. Fast forward 2 years, and I noticed the walls outside of the shower had some water damage. I couldn't tell if this was a shower pan leak or damage from the fact that the door didn't seal when closed, but either way, I knew I would have to make repairs soon. Then, shortly after that, the plastic floor developed a crack in the area that had no support under it, so it was time to replace the damaged floor and see what was going on. I cut out the plastic floor (quite easy to cut with a box cutter) and noticed 4 big problems: 1) all of the edges showed some degree of water damage where the floor connected to the wall, 2) the shower drain was not piped to connect it to the drain line - instead, there was just A LOT of caulk filling in the gap in the floor between drain and the sewer pipe below, 3) the shower 'pan' was not an actual lined, cement pan, but instead was just a sheet of cement wall board glued to the cement slab underneath, and 4) there was NO waterproofing at all - no liner, no red guard or similar...nothing to prevent water from exfiltrating in the event of a leak. Upon discovering the issues noted above, we knew we had to completely demolish what was there and get a shower professionally installed. While removing the plastic fake tile panels, I discovered a couple of Re-Bath stickers on the back. This prompted me to contact Re-Bath about this failed installation. Their answers were: 1) we only warranty work to original owner, 2) that's how we used to do the piping, but we don't do it that way any more (hmmm...wonder why?), and 3) the previous owner should have told them that there was a problem (of course, the problem was hidden under the plastic floor, so there was no way to know what was going on until it was removed!). We've since had a plumber install a proper, waterproof pan and connect the plumbing correctly. While here, he noted that the previous installation was leaking considerably around the caulked drain into the slab and ground underneath and he had never seen such a poor job of shower floor installation. We are now installing a tile and glass shower that won't leak, should last many years, all at a price much lower than Re-Bath reportedly charged for this failed installation. read more

This is a little late in reviewing, due to extenuating circumstances. We had our Master Bath Shower & vanity replaced by ReBath, a few years ago; have never been happy with it as it did not/does not reflect what we wanted. A few months ago, our next door neighbor was getting estimates to have their bathroom remodeled; she knew we had had BOTH of our bathrooms done; so she came over (with a REP from ReBath) to check out our jobs. I told her, we were VERY happy with Bath Fitters, who did our GUEST bathroom; but we were dissatisfied with with the one ReBath had done. The rep said, let me see what you are talking about; so we took her to our Master bathroom, and showed her; she said, "oh, no, THAT is NOT one of our jobs"; I said yes it is, I will show you the invoice; sha said, "let me go back to our office, and we will correct it, IF it IS one of our jobs". This was back in May or June, 2024. Have NOT heard from ReBath since then; Very UNPROFESSIONAL sales rep, consequently, UNPROFESSIONAL company. DO NOT USE RE-BATH FOR ANY TYPE OF BATHROOM REMODEL. I recently ordered a tub to shower conversion and chose their DuraBath (acrylic) product in "Italian Marble". The sample was a perfectly neutral white with taupe marbling that would coordinate with my granite countertop and paint color. During installation, I noticed that the product color was actually pale blue. The installer suggested that it was just the lighting and stated that the product is not supposed to be blue. The recessed caddy is the white color that I selected, but the walls are blue and clash with my countertop. Additionally, the window trim was installed unevenly and is not level horizontally. It is intended to have a slight downward slope for drainage, but it should be level horizontally. It is crowned! Re-Bath responded to my complaint about the product saying that the manufacturer reports that the color can appear blue in certain light. I asked why the caddy is exactly what I expected but the walls are not. Their response was that different material runs can have a different appearance. If that is true, then their samples should be represented as "possibilities" as opposed to the actual color. I'm not at all satisfied with the color of the product and upset about the window ledge. I was sold on the beauty of the product as well as the stability of the company and warranty. I feel that their sales samples are misleading. read more

The price is outrageous!!! When challenged the 1st time, the offer price came down to another offer price. Still price was very obviously out of range. Then after further challenge and discussion, a 3rd price was offered. I finally realized I was not dealing with an honest sales person and probably not an honest company. Why play games?? The tub to shower conversion took 4 1/2 days instead of the 2-3 days we were told, but that's ok - things happen. Others should just allow a few extra days in case there are unforeseen delays. There is some kind of mar on the shower wall, looks like the shiny finish isn't there in a small area. There are a couple of small spots where it looks like there is no sealant on the shower door & base. Small things, nothing major. The shower floor is very slippery - my 86 yr old dad slipped & fell in the shower the first time he used it. Luckily, he wasn't hurt. Just a heads up for others to be aware of this. Our old shower head had great water pressure, but this new one does not. Overall, things turned out ok & I'm glad we had it done. Mario & his team were fantastic - great guys & very hard working!! The initial installation went well, but warranty work has not been successful. Our shower door has had to be adjusted many times and should have been replaced from the beginning. The problem we are having now is when service is scheduled, it's pretty far out, then they call and reschedule a couple of times before actually getting out to your home. We had service done recently, and we were told it would be between 8-10 a.m. 10:30 arrived and they were a no show. We contacted their service department and were told "no, they actually will be coming out this afternoon between 12-4. I should have called to let you know". Then why didn't you??? Dave came in ready to work he seemed knowledgeable, he had a 'step a side' vibe I guess he was overbooked. Nancy was rude from the very beginning so I ask that I never hear from her again. We had Re-bath redo our shower. They said they would extend the shower out to match the bath, didn't happen so they gave us matching fixtures for the tub. Then when we had a different company come do the glass because re-bath doesn't do glass, re-bath put the tub fixtures too close to where it touches the glass. They also did several other things that aren't right that our glass people called them out on. read more

I liked the salesperson that quoted the remodel and the gentleman that installed the tub but he didn't do a very professional job with sealing the enclosure, it is uneven and not consistent. My tub had a gouge in it that was filled but you can still see it. The inspector was rude and unfriendly and wasted a whole day of work for 30 seconds of approval. I have a 2nd bathroom I'm looking to have remodeled but I think I will get several quotes first and not go with the very first bid. read more

Caveat Emptor! The installers were great. The plumbing and actually installation is fine. But be VERY sure you know what you are getting. I'm handicapped and when told the shower pan I eventually chose was 3", Isaid multiple times that "I can step over 3". This would have been the time (times) for the salesperson to tell me that I'd actually have to step over 5" to into the shower. But it turns out it's 3" when you are in it. You must step over 5" to get into it. I made the decision to have this done based on that 3" stepover. They tell you the surrounds are"solid surface" but they don't bother to mention that it's not actual solid surface (corian type product) but is instead a thin white acrylic with a surface that looks painted. It's their version of a solid surface but isn't what everyone in the US knows to be solid surface. Your surround will not look like stone at all, rather like a cheap mobile home's. If you are handicapped, know that the handrails and shower pan are slippery when wet. The franchise's answer to me was "we're sorry you misunderstood" , which as they either misrepresented or lied to me, it's not my fault I "misunderstood". The recourse offered was ... pay even more than the almost $7,000 I'm already paying, to install a different shower pan and add glass doors or suck it up.. The "customer support" number someone on their FaceBook page posted under my review, was the Rebath corporate and they referred me back to the franchise. There's no one to contact by email except the salesperson. The website "contact us" goes to the "I'm interested, please send more information" page. Representative recommended by Lowe's Caine in my home to estimate a renovation for shower shower and tub. Asked me what wanted to spend with us picking out anything. After telling him we wanted he stated it would be a minimum of $35k!!! We had not picked out anything!!! He said he would see what he could do, went to his car, came back about 20min later and stated that it still would be close to $35k!! We told him we had already purchased the floor and the cabinets from Lowe's and it still cost 35k! We had just got a quote for $9k. We went back to our rep at Lowe's and he was totally shocked! Home renovations can be stressful, but these two guys actually made it a pleasant experience. They were knowledgeable, professional, but also, very personable. They stayed on schedule and kept us updated daily. AND, they even put up with my husband's constant questions & peeking! Above all, they had a sense of humor. Everything was done to perfection and they even finished the job ahead of schedule. How often does that happen? She came to my parents house in which they are elderly and she was very pushy and basically had my dad sign for something he really did not understand in which was 8000.00 dollars just for a small shower. She convinced him so good that she also offered to bring him a case of beer. To make a long story short after we had already put 3000.00 down we decided to cancel since both my parents need dental implants and could use the money for that. I called and spoke with apparently he said he was the owner of rebath name Mike and was very rude and only refunded me 2600.00 back. The entire staff is very unprofessional and rude. Have had to have ReBath come out twice to redo the caulking between the shower pan and walls. Last time was today. Left a mess in the shower. While I was cleaning up the mess they left, I realized the caulking still isn't right. Can't take a shower in there for at least 3 days before they come, and at least 24 hours afterwards. Donna was our designer and Robby and Cory did an excellent job installing everything, we replaced the old tile in the tub with their concrete walls, new tub, new flooring, toilet, new shower plumbing and fixtures, and a new countertop. We had a very good experience with ReBath. It started with Donna the designer who handled preparing our estimate and helping to pick out the tiles at Floor and Decor. She was always available to answer questions and gave excellent recommendations. The actual work was done by Matt and Ruben who were trustworthy, hard working and very nice. They had to work an extra day which ended up being a Saturday, but they still came in and got the job done. The whole renovation took 9 days. Part of our wall had to be torn up to move the plumbing up and in for the new sink vanity and Matt & Ruben also repaired the wall which was extra work for them, but we were really appreciative. The receptionist Katie was always so kind and responsive and willing to help. Really liked how all their work is insured and they have financing options available. Debbie was my sales consultant. I can't say enough good things about Debbie. So sweet, professional and no pressure. Picking out colors was so much fun. I had a shower and tub remodel done. Everything was gutted, including the old plumbing. The job only took 2 days and turned out beautiful. I waited longer than the required 48 hours to use it due to the fumes. But that was to be expected. Jorge and Brian were my installers. They were very polite and professional and cleaned up everything so well you couldn't even tell they were there. I personally love the acrylic because it is so easy to clean and you never have to worry about having to re-grout the tiles. The tub is really comfortable although I do wish it was a couple of inches wider. The job was expensive but there is a lifetime warranty on everything. I would highly recommend Re-Bath. I paid $11,000 for a shower. 8 months later we discovered it has been leaking since installation. There was a spot in the corner that was continuously dripping during use and the water was running under the baseboard. The Linoleum in my bathroom is ruined, the subfloor was soaked through, and there is a persistent musty smell in the bathroom. I have video evidence of all of it. Rebath is aware, the last guy came out 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. The last guy out cleaned the underside of my subfloor with denatured alcohol and painted KILZ primer over it. That does nothing for the void in the wall behind my gas log fireplace which is on the other side of the wall from the shower. I knew it was a bogus fix when he did it, but I was being nice and documenting everything. I feel like I have given them ample opportunity to do the right thing and it does not seem like they are going to do it. They are quick to sell you something, but I would recommend you not use them. read more

I went with Re-Bath based on my sister's recommendation. She is very happy with her bathroom. The design consultation with Carol went smoothly and I decided to have work done in both bathrooms of my 1970 model tract home. There is a 6-8 week lead time between signing the contract and starting the job. I signed on 2/1 and the job started on 4/1. The 'master' bath got a complete rebuild. It had a 32x32 shower and 32x28 closet on one end. Mene (pronounced Manny) and his helper converted it to a 32x60 shower with a very low curb for accessibility. New toilet, vanity, countertop, lighting, and vinyl plank flooring. This job took 4 days and looks really good. The hall bath got a new tub and surround. I didn't have enough money to have the whole thing done. This job took 1.5 days and also looks really good. A different crew did this job, Chris and Logan. One thing I like about the Re-Bath business model is the price quoted is the price you pay. There is no "we found xyz when we opened the walls, and that is extra." They are not inexpensive but they also do not come back for more money during the job. read more

We had a confirmed consultation with Re-Bath. It was slated for 6pm, on Monday, May 4th. They were a no-call/no-show. I emailed Re-Bath customer service and told them about my disappointment and how it's unprofessional to simply not show up. I got a reply saying that they "didn't hear back" from me, which is nonsense because I personally spoke to Lisa, at Re-Bath last Tuesday and had received two emails confirming the appointment. In one email, it stated that if we needed to reschedule at all, that we would need to contact them. We never needed to reschedule and they ended up being a no-call/no-show. We're going to contact Home Depot's crew instead. Terrible business on Re-Bath's part. read more

I had to call the company to verify that the crew was coming the day of my scheduled installation. Also, the designer wasn't very realistic about the time it would take to get my shower glass installed.
