He also regraded our backyard as we were having standing water build by our back door. Marcus is super easy to work with and his crew was super friendly and hardworking. They did things the right way and even did things to help us that weren't a part of our deal. I would not hesitate to hire this company. I'd also choose to pay more if his bid is higher (as it was slightly higher for us) because I'm fully confident that he did everything the right way and didn't cut corners. I'm so so pleased with his work that I'd highly recommend him to anyone who asked me if I had a guy for retaining walls.

But they literally kept it exceptionally clean while grinding off the "polyasporic garbage" & cleaned again at the end of the day. They were steady working all day to complete a certain task and kept us fully informed of what was done and plans for the following day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW.

We set up an install date, but an earlier date popped up and I jumped on it. I cleared the area to be be worked on that morning, and they crew arrived as expected. The project was completed in two days. Silver, Luis, Jeff and Spencer were a great crew. No dilly dallying, and they put protective covers down to protect the front yard and the pavers in the back yard. They wore clearly marked uniforms, and they cleaned up after each day. They were very respectful and mindful during the project. Silver and Luis advised me of what they were doing, and of their next steps. I facilitated their work as much as possible, without getting in their way. Their attention to detail was very impressive, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. To be clear, they sub everything out, with the exception of the design: digging, concrete decking, plumbing, gunite, plaster... all subcontracted to other companies, but supervised by Complete. Their team did the design, permitting, and landscaping/irrigation work. The pools team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the end product. HOWEVER.... this review is to comment on my overall dissatisfaction with the company's willingness to honor the landscaping/plant warranties - which they didn't do. Instead, they invoked the "act of god" clause, and left me hanging. The dollar figure is a few hundred bucks, and a little bit of my own labor to replace the dead plants... Given the project was north of 200k, it's a minimal impact, but I'm going to be honest, and state that it left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, and wanted to share it with the broader community. Caveat emptor.
