Steven and Paola are the hardest working team and did an outstanding job finishing off the doors and windows. I can't thank them enough. We were recommended Love That Door by our neighbor who had recently purchased a beautiful custom…read moredoor. We were told their doors and professionalism was top notch. It took about 5 months for our door to be completed and installed. The door is indeed beautiful but at the time of purchase, we were unsure between midnight or midnight with copper color (both included at no charge) and were told we could always add the copper after the door was installed at no charge when we could make a better decision. So after installation, we decided do a light copper edging. The painter was told not to do it and we were told there would be a charge but they did not know how much they'll charge. I tried reaching out by phone, email, and text. It has been about a month and still no response regarding finishing the door. Everything was great up to this point. I do not feel that I should be nickeled and dimed for something that was included at the time of purchase then ignored after making such a large purchase. Extremely disappointed.

RDS Windows did a excellent job on my window replacement. First of all the windows themselves are…read morereally high-quality as far as I can tell. They replaced my big fixed windows which face west and south with a huge window with sliders on the side. I emailed photos of what I have and what I am interested in on a Thursday morning, received a short reply with a standard quote that did not entail what I had asked for Monday around noon. Emailed immediately back and no reply until Tuesday afternoon. Emailed the photo from the company's instagram of what I want, asked for a quote, and a day later, no response. I think this company must have changed hands, or maybe the saleswoman is just simply terrible.
