The crew showed up right on time, was very respectful of our home (booties, cleaning as they worked), and did everything they could to minimize disruption. We have a cat, and they were so accommodating, working room by room so we could keep her calm and safe. Sky even brought her treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. They worked efficiently, were as quiet as possible, and cleaned up as much as you realistically can after a big job like this. We also appreciated that multiple team members stopped by throughout the day to check in and make sure we were happy. Overall, we felt really well taken care of from start to finish. I was initially contacted by Mark Shinner, owner, to schedule an estimate. Mark said his son Adam…read morewould be the person coming out. Mark did an initial measurement and quote. Once we agreed to the type and pricing for these Vistamark windows and a small down payment provided; Mark and Adam scheduled their installer to come out the following week. Scott came out about a week later to refine the measurements exactly. The windows were ordered shortly thereafter through their Waxahachie plant for Vistamark windows. Adam was available if needed but once the pricing was agreed upon there wasn't a lot of need for our interaction with a few exceptions. Adam responded promptly when text or called. In summary we are happy with these beautiful new, energy efficient windows, having replaced our builder grade windows from 24 years ago. We had several other window companies out over a year's time with prices all over the map.
