Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. I can't give enough praise in words to thank Rhonda and her team for the effortless transition from old, worn out, builder's grade windows, to the beautiful windows they installed.

Our original contract included a glass-opening feature. During the process, Mika created revised work orders that removed that feature without our knowledge. When the door was installed, it did not include what we had originally agreed to. When we raised the issue with the owners, instead of working with us toward a solution, they threatened to place a lien on our home because we withheld a portion of the payment due to the installation not matching the contract. Even more concerning, we were told that if we did not pay the full amount, our house could be vandalized. That type of response was shocking and completely unprofessional. For the amount of money spent, the customer service was unacceptable. They showed zero interest in resolving the issue or making us feel like valued customers. Ironically, the door itself gets a lot of compliments. Seven or eight families who have visited our home have asked for the company name because they liked the look of it and were considering something similar. Unfortunately, after sharing our experience, we told them we could not recommend doing business with this company.
