Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. The "tempered" glass from Pilkington (China) does not have dp ratings therefore you can not get product approval for building code. They will not disclose "overseas" company they order from. Salesman that assured me of specifics had no memory of conversation and tried to talk in uneventful circles. While discussing return the restocking and delivery would consume most of my return. Also, order was missing (2) doors. They know which products do not pass requirements and sell them to you anyways without disclosure. If I had more time I would sue to save you the headache.
