I called them mid-day (a few hours before they were supposed to arrive) and they said they were coming and to send photos of the shower door. I sent the photos and followed back up before they were arriving to make sure everything is ok. They stopped all contact after that last call and I never heard from them. I called a few more times to see if something happened and they were still coming but no response. I had to pay double to get someone out on overtime pay to do the job as we could not push back the hvac install. This company really screwed me over and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The door is indeed beautiful but at the time of purchase, we were unsure between midnight or midnight with copper color (both included at no charge) and were told we could always add the copper after the door was installed at no charge when we could make a better decision. So after installation, we decided do a light copper edging. The painter was told not to do it and we were told there would be a charge but they did not know how much they'll charge. I tried reaching out by phone, email, and text. It has been about a month and still no response regarding finishing the door. Everything was great up to this point. I do not feel that I should be nickeled and dimed for something that was included at the time of purchase then ignored after making such a large purchase. Extremely disappointed.
